La ubicación es muy buena, el personal es muy amable en especial el señor Fredy es una excelente persona y muy colaborador con los huéspedes ✨

La atencion sel concerje pesima, ademas que cuando quise irme del hotel ya qur adelante mi vuelo no habia nadie en recepcion y se supone que la atenvion es 24 /7 tuve que tocar el timbre muchas veces estuve al rededor de 15 minutos tratando de que alguien saliera y la persona encarhada se habia quedado dormido en el sofa. Me asignaron una habitacion en el piso 3 y lo mismo cuando fui a salir el piso estaba cerrado tuve qur bajar mi equipaje sola desde el 3er hasta el primer piso

Hotel de carretera con buena gente
Pros:

Nos ha gustado el desayuno y el servicio de los empleados del hotel.

Cons:

No nos gusta el lugar por estar muy cerca de una avenida ruidosa y por sus instalaciones un poco viejas (falta renovación).

Les pedí que me recomendaran un restaurante para hacer un domicilio, y me pasaron el menú de un lugar que no solo no llegó la comida sino que intentó estafarme
