Great accomodation; location is very good, walking distance to beach and restaurants and a quiet street. Also the rooms are cozy and comfortable.
What I was missing is a breakfast service. There are only a few beds at the pool. And when you have a room with pool access, you don't have a sunbed at your terrace.

Very good location, new clean property. The only issue we had was the smell from the bathroom.
It was the worst holiday of My life. The region is definitely not suitable and safe For a holiday. We were Robbed by professioal thieves on the portakali beach. Apart from theft , the region has never been a holiday destination yet. Kassandra Side was the right place for a holiday. Apart from the security problem , Chalkidiki region has very inadequate facilities compared to other regions and islands of Greece. My regards to Dimitri at the hotel reception. He did everything he could. Evharisto.
The room being connected to the pool was quite nice. The room was cleaned well and daily. However, there was a sewer smell coming from the shower. This was nocticable whenever the shower hadn't been used for a couple hours. The solution offered was using a parfuming substance, which also didn't smell great.
We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity Suites. The room/apartment came with all necessities, even a little kitchen area! We would like to give a special mention to all the staff who work there - the lovely ladies and Dimitris, who were so helpful, kind and always smiling! We highly recommend that you stay here, don’t hesitate making a booking!
First off, it's in the vicinity of a construction site. Secondly, I did dislike the fact that while on the property, I noticed, that I got overcharged for early booking - the same room while being there was sold on the same website for a third less. Privacy! A big problem since the units are extremely close to each other, to the extent that you could see into people's rooms. Limited swimming pool spots (beds on the side of the pool. Even so, out of season (September 4-12) the water in the pool was very cold. All in all , I would not book that facility again.
We loved the Design of the Hotel.

La camera è ordinata e pulita ma poco spaziosa e con insufficiente spazio per 2 valigie.
Apprezzato l'angolo cottura e il balcone in cui stendere il bucato.
Piscina molto bella e curata con teli messi a disposizione.

Sehr modern und groß. Sehr sauber! Jeden Tag wurde die komplette Anlage gesäubert und das Zimmer aufgeräumt und sogar das Geschirr gespült. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend! Sehr weiter zu empfehlen!!!

Great quick overnight trip to the beach. Within walking distance to beach nd restaurants. Check in and out was a breeze and the two lovely ladies working the office and grounds were so friendly! Very welcoming! Would stay again if back in the part of the world.
Høy standard, mulighet for å ta med hund, rolig, rent. Kort avstand til stranden (5 min). Tekjøkken (kjøleskap, kokeplater, stekepanne, kjele) og kort avstand til dagligvare.

Beautifull and clean Apartments close to the sea and center of Nikiti. A Nice swimming pool. Good hosts. We enjoyed our Holiday in Serenity Suites . Nikiti is Beautifull and rent a boat in Vourvourou .
Minden tökéletes volt! Előbb elkészítették a szobànkat és tovàbb maradtunk mert úgy jött a taxi. A szàllàs nagyszerű! A konyhàban karcmentes teflonserpenyő! A nespresso gép remek! Nagy supermarket gyalog 8 perc, a beach 3 perc. Bàrmikor visszamennénk! A medence és a nyugàgyak is tökéletes! Simàn lehet parkolni.
