Metro neredeyse otelin bahçesinde. Ulaşım acısından çok rahat bir yerde. Kahvaltısı muhteşemdi.

Restaurant staff were not clean. Picking items off floor then wiping table with food on it.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt.
Pros:

Frühstück sehr gut, W-Lan funktioniert, Tressor. Lage an der Metostation, Lift-Management der 4 Lifte sehr gut. Bügelmöglichkeit auf dem Zimmer. Espressomaschine, leider nicht nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Die Reinigung des Zimmers, 5 Nächte 1x gereinigt. Betten nur dürftig gemacht, vermutlich ist das Personal zu wenig und deshalb überlastet.
Der Request cleaning service ist ein großer Quatsch, weil er hier nicht funkioniert. Ein Hotel mit Request werde ich in Zukunft nicht buchen.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam,kamer was mooi versierd

Cons:

De douche lekte ernstig,water liep de kamer in,na melding werd het direct opgelost,ramen waren vies aan de binnen kant,lip afdrukken van een van de vorige kamer bezitters

ארוחת הבוקר בסדר גמור בופה מעולה,מספקת להמשך היום. לא קרובה למרכז אבל יש מטרו מהיר ותוך 15 דקות אתה שם.

הרבה יש לי לרשום: הגענו ל6 לילות קיבלנו חדר לא טוב מההתחלה. איך שנכנסנו לחדר הלכתי להתקלח כל חדר המקלחת נהייתה בריכה. ישנו שם יומיים עד שקיבלנו חדר אחר. קיבלנו פיצוי וואוצר לבר של המלון.
שהיה סביר אבל גם שם לא היה משהו במקלחת אבל יותר טוב. יכול להיות שיש בעיות ניקוז שם.
ניקיון סביר צריך להירשם מראש דרך אתר מסויים שסורקים בqr קוד. כל הימים הראשונים החליפו וניקו הכל. בלילה האחרון הגענו לחדר בשעות הצהריים ראיינו שלא סידרו את החדר לא החליפו כלום, ירדנו לקבלה בחור בקבלה אמר שינקו ושדיבר עם מישהו בטלפון. בשעות הערב הגענו לא ניקו כלום ושום דבר ! הביאו לנו מגבות.
