Un standing correct chambre propre et personnel attentionné aux détails
Emplacement en face d'une station métro sinon se déplacer par taxi vers le centre ville est cher surtout le soir
Location at M-station, quiet quarters, excellent breakfast.
Room was not visited/cleaned/touched during the 3-night stay. Coffee in the room not available after first day too.
Fridge/minibar found empty too.
Floor carpet is dated and not so clean.
Bathroom - no toiletry provided, liquid soap bottles were very hard to press and get some soap out.

Le manque de réaction pas de savon dans la douche ni mouchoir dans la sdb pendant 4 jours malgré de nombreuses réclamations
Obligé de réclamer le passage pour nettoyer la chambre
À la réception vous disent ok mais rien ne se passe j’ai du faire un mail ou la la personne vous répond très rapidement se dit désolée mais ça ne change rien …
Par contre petit cadeau au moment de partir pour le désagrément c’est très appréciable !mais toujours pas de savon
Je trouve cela dommage pour le prix des 4 nuits on s’attend quand même à plus de réactivité

My request for cleaning was ignored and never addressed. Furthermore, the inside of the fridge was dirty, and the bathroom drawers were left messy.
