We enjoyed the friendliness and ease that hotel provided. Geting to and from the hotel is very easy and took us about 10 minutes to get to it by train. Hotel itself was constantly cleaned and if there was any issues it was fixed quickly. The batteries in our TV remore had run out and they were switched out that same evening.

Breakfast - if youre worried about where to get breakfast, hotel has some great options in their breakfast style buffet. Anything you could want. Coffee was great and cutlery was clean which is a big point for us.
We stayed here for 3 nights and everything went smoothly.

Pros:

excellent location, close to public transport. Breakfast could have been better- very limited choices, vegetarian options less

a bit more information on the facilities available - eg driniking water supply etc will help.And also whether the guests can access the tea and coffe facilities in common areas- I was not aware whether we could access

Pros:

For the price everything was satisfactory, did not face any problems. Staff was amazing, after long journey they let us check-in earlier without any issues. Thank you for that.
Location was perfect as well, close to Syndhavn station.

Cons:

It not that big of a deal, but I am very easily irritated by sounds, and the constant weird sounds the lamps and AC made irritated me a little, but again its ok.

Clean, good value but room needed some maintenance
Pros:

Great location, only a few minutes walk from the station and easy to find. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the bar is open till late. There is a nice vibe to the hotel, and feels modern.

Cons:

Our room was quite small, and the space wasn’t well thought out. There were no hooks for the bath towels, the mirror was behind a wall and not next to any plug sockets, and there was a stool with a desk area but no mirror? The room also needed some maintenance - the curtain was hanging off at one end, one of the lamps didn’t work and the bedside usbs didn’t work. The bathroom plug also smelt quite bad.
