Just the one night .
Pros:

One night as part of small group tour from UK.Staff helpful but only just gearing up after covid lockdown.I had to request bulbs to fit in standard uplighter lamp, which, apart from one light over the entrance door was THE ONLY lighting to illuminate the spacious room. The mains cable did not allow for much movement so I could only illuminate 1/4 of the room sufficiently to see.Luckily I carry a torch.
Bathroom looked good but water pressure very low.Bright lights in bathroom.
Large windows ,sills not cleaned.Curtains did not fit well. Rather dusty overall.
There was a huge bed and a single bed ,only the huge one was made up so I could not sleep in the small bed, which would have been preferable.

Quiet economy hotel.
Pros:

A three night stay for work that required this area of Rabat at a reasonable price.
This hotel was apparently built in 2012 but has not seen optimum maintenance since then. The AC and ventilation did not work and even with the little window open the heavy curtains meant the room was very warm and stuffy and unpleasantly stuffy and humid after taking a shower.
The room is a good size and the bed comfortable, this room at the back of the hotel is very quiet with no traffic noise.
The plug in the bathroom sink required bending under the basin to operate the lever. The shower had a good flow of hot water, towels were good size and like the bedding they were absolutely clean.
There is a safe in the wardrobe that works though it is not attached to anything and would thus be easy to steal in its entirety.  There were initially no clothes hangers; the staff are very pleasant and obtained hangers the next day.
The TV works with local channels, the lift works though only 1 of the 4 lights inside it illuminated. Only one of the bedside lights worked but it was enough. There is free wifi coverage on all floors.
Breakfast is basic and wholsome and it's best to be down early for choice of items. This is the only meal served at the hotel and there are no other catering facilities on site though the receptionist can sell cold drinks from a fridge.
The lobby is home to a forlorn and unplugged metal detector arch occupying 1/3 of the entrance way, which provides an odd ambience. At just over 2000 dirhams for the three nights including breakfast it was not outstanding value.

Pros:

Staff are very nice but the hotel is horrible. AC is barely working. Lighting in my room 26 was poor. No carpet on the floor just wood.

Horrible experience. Honestly does not deserve $60-70 a night. It should be $20 a night

Old Hotel in Modern Location
Pros:

The location is good 5 minutes from the tram, the staff is friendly and check in and check out is fast, the room is clean and comfortable. The wifi in my room has a bad signal, the walls were thin and I could hear the adjacent rooms conversations, the hotel has an old feel but not in a good way.

Ideal hotel for business trips and that’s all
Pros:

Hotel has a and amazing front desk staff, has a great location for business trips, very close to administrative offices, some consulates are just around the corner, nice restaurants are nearby too, beauty salons are everywhere for the ladies. But the hotel needs renovations, the rooms aren’t soundproof, some of the toiletries in my bathroom were used, the heater wasn’t working properly, very dirty pillows, and the breakfast was ok it needs some improvements

No value for money!
Pros:

This hotel is very old and very expensive for what you get. Almost everything in this hotel is broken, dirty. We had a junior suite that smelled bad, very dark, almost no electricity plugs to charge your phone, broken curtains. The breakfast is awful with people arguing in the kitchen. They should charge max 50€ to this kind of quality. This is a 1 to 2 star max hotel. The only good thing at this hotel is the location. I don’t recommend it at all.

A mixed bag
Pros:

So the positives are the convenient location, the clean and comfortable bed and... well that’s it really. The negatives are no fridge for any bottled water you buy, no kettle, not exactly welcoming staff, shabby public areas and the quaint breakfast. I don’t think it’s particularly good value - you can probably pay a bit more elsewhere but get a lot more comfort. Not for me I’m afraid.

Great Location
Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center ... And is a walking distance to most of the shops. It is a budget hotel, where you get a lower price than other hotels in the area. It is old and not really maintained for a while. Stayed in this place for one night and had to move to a hotel nearby. Staff could be friendlier as well.

A nightmare
Pros:

I would not advise at ALL people to stay in this hotel for 1h. The staff is terrible and disrespectful. The hotel is noisy. The rooms and bathrooms are dirty. The security is bad. When I was there, there was a fire next door and no alarm or evacuation was done by the hotel. There is a small deli downstairs owned by the hotel, which is terrible as well. The selves are empty, and again the staff are the worst. I learned that they had a sanitary problem due to rats and cockroach. The deli is boycotted by the neighbourhood, which shows how bad it is.

Hotel Le Horror
Pros:

As I am reading other contributions here I am wondering if I stayed in another hotel? This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in some absolute dumps in Central Asia.

This hotel is nothing less than tacky, it is old, needs repairs everywhere and in my view should be closed down!!

To begin: when I asked for a bath mat the receptionist told me that in this hotel each room gets 2 towels. I would have thought that a bath mat was a necessity, not a luxury in a hotel that charges more than 80 euros/night for a single - airless - room.

Moving on the next morning after taking a bath I stepped out into a flooded bathroom. My room was changed but I noticed that my old room was re let the following night. The TV in the new room did not work, neither would my laptop or phone connect to the internet. I know I am not the only one who spent 3 nights without access to the internet.

There was absolutely no ventilation in the room.

I cannot find anything positive to say about this hotel. It is noisy, people arriving and leaving at all hours and if there is any acoustic treatment it does not work.

Pros:

I was in a business trip for 6 days ,and I was really happy in my staying , the staff of the hotel is very cooperative , The rooms are very nice , I have a minor problem in my room but the management of the Mihad had offered me an upgrade without any extra payment . It is really a good value for the money .

Clean, nice rooms
Pros:

Stayed here for one night when I first arrived in Rabat. Its not stuffy and old like many hotels in Rabat. The rooms were modern and clean and the service was friendly. they had reliable wifi. There was a nice and simple breakfast. It is right in the middle of Agdal (an upscale and chic area in the center of Rabat).

excellent location, friendly staff
Pros:

the mihad hotel is located near a nice shopping street and also plenty of cafe's and patisseries nearby. the tram stop is 2 minutes and takes you to the centre in 10 minutes.
the receptionist were very helpful, with a credit card malfunction there were no problems and it was solved when the accounts were checked. compare that to a five star hotel where you can spend enless time with the cashier and the manager!
room very good, bathroom excellent. Noise from the street bearable and after 7 pm it is quiet and it starts again at 7 am. the breakfast buffet is simple but up to the standard of this class

Great location, even better staff!
Pros:

I have stayed in the Mihad Hotel, Agdal on two different occasions and have been very happy with the service and value on both of these occasions.

The best aspect of the hotel is it's location - it is right in the heart of Agdal, the modern area of Rabat. Just at the doorstep are numerous cafes, restaurants, bars and shops. A 2 minute walk takes you to the Tramway station which can connect you to the medina, centre ville and other areas of Rabat and Sale. A taxi to the medina takes around 5 - 10 minutes and costs approx 15DH from the hotel.

The rooms themselves are simple, clean and comfortable. I didn't experience any hot water shortages and had no complaints with the room itself.

The staff at the hotel are fantastic, I had quite a worrying personal issue whilst I was staying here and each of the staff I dealt with were kind, caring and understanding. They were quick to check me in and provide me with all the details needed - they are very nice, thanks guys!

I would recommend staying at the Mihad Hotel if you are looking for a great location, service and value for money. Next time I'm in Rabat I'll be sure to stay here again!
