This hotel exceeded our expectations, In every single way. We've traveled and stayed in gorgeous properties around the world, and I can't have enough words to say how we feel when leaving this resort (today). The most unbelievable experience. The property, the room... the private pool in the room, what a treat! Two amazing restaurants at the property with stunning sunset views. Also, important - it's literally 5 minutes walk from the caldera's blue domes, but it's like a sanctuary, peaceful and serene and away from the noise and millions of tourists. Possibly THE BEST vacation/resort ever. So relaxing, you don't need to leave the property - other than for an hour to caldera of Oia, and then you can't wait to come back!!! Breakfast, dinner - amazing! Staff - smiling, genuine, making a point to make your experience magical and memorable. And they did. Amazing. Want to mention Anna, George, Vazha, Christos (both - morning and evening). Seriously, I feel like I am leaving the family and a piece of my heart here in Santorini. Service - top notch but so subtle and unintrusive, it is truly hard to describe... one must experience. We cannot wait to come back!!!! AMAZING in every way!!!!

Beautiful but get briefed everything in the room.
Pros:

We had a problem with the lights in the room. They had to come to the room and pull a circuit breaker. The light switches were hard to figure out. The coffee maker was hard to figure out with no directions. The same with the thermostat in the room. make sure you get a thorough briefing on the above. This could have been done easily because we were escorted to the room by staff when we got there and they could have done the briefing. At that time we didn't know enough to ask questions. If you think my problems were due to lack of familiarity with foreign hotels, I am a recently retired international airline pilot with countless stays all over the world. I would still recommend The hotel though as it was beautiful and in a nice area on the island and close to some great restaurants.

Fantastic property with great amenities and wonderful service. The best part of the entire resort is that it's right across the street from the heart of Oia, giving you easy access, but also the privacy that you don't get on the caldera side.

Great for the younger crowd. Beautiful property.
Pros:

Beautiful property. Great location. My wife and I (Late 40's) feel that it is more geared towards the younger crowd, techno music playing everywhere (I love techno for my workouts but not when I'm trying to relax with my wife). Excellent guest services (Except we asked for a breakfast to go when we left early in the morning and they did no provide).

This may be one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The service was top notch, friendly smiles everywhere you turned. The pools and rooms were pristine condition. The grounds were beautiful! Definitely one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had and it was complimentary. The area to go shopping was right across the street from the hotel, tucked away behind the buildings. Super easy walk with great restaurants. The poolside sushi from Beefbar was one of the best and freshest ever. I ordered it everyday! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

Unbelievable experience once again. This was our 2nd time staying at the hotel as we loved it so much I decided to come back to propose to my girlfriend. The staff took care of the proposal with confidence and had everything in place for our arrival. The oasis suite was the most incredible room/suite we have ever stayed in. The whatsapp service was amazing and no request was too much. The service was the best we have ever recieved in the world and not just in Europe. All of the hotel staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The breakfast is our favourite hotel breakfast.

We have stayed at many high end hotels and this tops all of them. For anyone coming for an amazing trip or thinking to propose to their partner, don’t hesitate to book this hotel.

This is a beautiful property. The rooms were nice and amenities were lovely. It is a 5 star property, but I did feel like the service wasn’t quite a 5 star. The biggest issue was the golf carts the staff drove all over the property. Everyday we had an issue with having to jump out of the way of a cart driving too fast. The carts shared the walkway (poor design). Some of the wait staff were very friendly and helpful and others not so much.
