A definite 10
Pros:

First time here and we felt welcomed straight away. Easy to find, parking was available. The rooms were clean and tidy. Very comfortable and we will definitely come back

Practical fine hotel in newmarket at decent price
Pros:

Good location for our need at the southern cross hospital. Easy and close, big room, comfy beds, nothing too fancy just a good hotel for a short break. Car parking was also on site which is excellent.

Location, free parking, the rooms are not bad

Cons:

Our room window opener was broken so window was unable to close, shower was slippery, shame as this was a fabulous hotel pre Covid, shame really.

Pros:

Beds were comfortable.
You paid for what you got. Good price.
Location was great!

Cons:

Shower was not running properly. Only the middle spouting was working so it was more like a hose than a shower.
No television access - only digital services such as YouTube, Netflix etc.
One of the lamps above bed was not working.
Hallway smelt like someone had spewed - smell was gone the next day so it was cleaned quickly.
