Adequate place to stay overnight in Auckland
Pros:

Spacious room, quiet neighbourhood, easy access and on site parking

Cons:

There was a large influx of people for the on-site restaurant on Friday night, which spilled out into the hotel foyer and was not managed very well.

Was ok but need to clean it better. I stayed there ? 2 or 3 years ago & it was clean

Staff friendly. Good value. Beds comfy.

Cons:

Most furnishings shabby, stained and damaged. Even walls and doors bashed a bit in places. Mostly fairly clean (beds great) but noticeable areas missed or needing a deep clean- especially anything above shoulder height. Cutlery and crockery very sparse supplied and a bit chipped/scratched/cloudy glass with useful things like bottle opener and scissors absent.

Very accomodating staff, not great amenities
Pros:

The staff were very accomodating and helpful as we checked in late. The housekeeping staff were great.

Cons:

The amenities werent great. The cooktop and dishwasher werent in working order I think it was due to the electricals as there were a few plug sockets on the same wall that werent working aswell. There wasnt many tea, coffee or sugar and no milk so we ended up just buying our own.

good location 7 min walk to Westfield shopping centre , big room and it's clean. 10 min drive to city centre if no traffic.

Meh kinda disappointing
Cons:

The photos on their website showed a big spa bath, there wasn't even a bath in our room. There was mold in the bathroom. We booked the room for 3 people, there was only 2 towels in the bathroom and no one at reception to request an extra one.
