よくわからないお金が一方的に課金される
Pros:

立地が良く、ホテルの部屋も清潔だった。

Cons:

用途が不明な金額が宿泊費に加えて課金されており、何度もメールで問い合わせたが返事がもらえなかった。

Clean & comfortable, but no response to b.c messages or phone
Pros:

Room was fine, comfortable, clean. There were two major issues with communication. 1. The hotel never responded to my message regarding the guest name. 2. When I tried to contact someone in reception by phone to ask a question, I simply was unable to reach a person. I would never stay here again due to these reasons.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Great facilities like the pool area, bar and fire pits. Well located for Disneyland. Very comfortable and clean! We loved our welcome cookie on check in 😁

Overall, good stay at the Fera as usual!
Pros:

Parking lot close and has secure entrance, loved the restaurant and outdoor areas,

Cons:

Air conditioner was not working and this is the second stay I have had there where not working properly. Fixtures in bathroom getting a bit older and refrigerators definitely need to be bigger......especially with families staying there for Disney!
