It was a nice stay.
Pros:

Friendly staff. Conveniently located next to of lot of shopping and things to do.

Cons:

No kitchenette in the rooms. I wouldn't be able to have an extended stay here without that.

Very pleasant experience and very friendly staff.
Pros:

Liked being on the 12th floor and seeing the city.

Enjoyed the stay and would stay there again.
Pros:

Everything was fantastic. Front staff was friendly, cookies were a nice touch, hotal was extremely clean and up-to-date. Rooms were the same. Very pleased with the stay.

Cons:

The bar tender Saturday wasn't friendly and carried just an attitude like she was put-off, by u just being there much less ordering drinks.

Beautiful view but won’t stay somewhere they can’t tell me what happened on my floor

The view is amazing and the people who work there are nice.

Cons:

I ordered from Uber Eats and before I could get out of bed and go get it someone had taken it from the front of my door.. I called front desk to see if they could see who took it or help in anyway and the said they do not have cameras down the halls to see. They did call the rooms around me to see if take by mistake but no one answered. I feel like for safety reason there should be cameras in the hallway bc anything can happen. Bummer about my delivery bc there is no way to get my money back or replaced without me having to order and pay for it again. But for safety reason there should be some sort of camera or surveillance in the hotel.

Great Location & Parking
Pros:

This hotel is located along a major roadway making it easy to access a variety of routes all over town. The rooms were good with comfy beds and pleasing views. Free parking in large lot, but no free breakfast. There is an onsite restaurant that is mediocre offering a good breakfast buffet and other meals throughout the day.

Overall, our stay was excellent.
Pros:

Staff was friendly, room service was great, food was wonderful, and the view was beautiful!

Cons:

The bathtub felt like I was walking on a floating floor and made me feel like I was off-balanced.

Short and sweet
Pros:

Location wise I liked how easy it was to get to and from the expressway. Breakfast was very good, maybe a bit overpriced but enjoyable nonetheless.

Cons:

I had difficulty sleeping due to how much I could hear people walking/talking/yelling/arguing in the hallway. Sounds from the street and near by tram were also louder than I would have liked.

Pros:

The hotel needed a good cleaning. The room spelled like cigarettes. The bedding was clean. The elevator was filthy. Felt very dirty as you walked in the hotel. The chair in our room looked like it was filthy. I wouldn’t put my bag in it. The rate was excellent so I guess that you get what you pay for. The desk person was unkept looking.
