It was my wife's birthday and staying at double tree for $245 a night did not feel special.
Pros:

Location is excellent, easy access to any direction you need to go. Very centrally located for Dallas area. Parking is also excellent- plenty of spaces, very little walking.

Cons:

Should be microwaves in every room, lighting in rooms is very dim and very few outlets. Cleansiness of Hotel overall is average and definately does not rate higher than a 3 star at best. I started out walking to front desk to get more towels. There were no face towels in my room and no one was available when calling housekeeping.
