Nice hotel, but confusing at front desk.
Cons:

I reserved the room for relatives. I was required to show my driver's license, since I reserved the room, even though I reserved it in the name of my relative. What if I had reserved it in a city I didn't live in? Had I not been able to accompany them to the hotel and show my ID, I don't know how they would have checked in. We were also told at the front desk that I had requested a fitness room. (I double checked my reservation later-- I did no such thing.) Half the room was filled with weights and fitness equipment. There was only one chair in the room for two people.

One of the nicest hotels we ever stayed at.
Pros:

Absolutely perfect!
Super clean room, amazing view from the 15th floor!
Very delicious breakfast, friendly staff.
Everything was smooth and pleasant, highly recommend!

Lovely hotel but not great customer service.
Pros:

I stayed here for the World Cup, shared a room with my bother. Had 2 big double beds each and the room was great. It was cleaned every day even when we left the room a bit later. Very comfortable beds and a huge room with loads of space. All amenities were available and I loved coming back to our room after a day in Dallas.

Cons:

I accidentally left a very expensive jacket in the closet which I had hung up. On my way to the airport I messaged the hotel through the booking.com app around 25 mins after checkout and told them what had happened but they must not monitor it because I had no response. I rang them and was put through to the lost property department which was automated and asked me to leave my number but I have a UK number and never got a call back. I emailed the hotel and had no response. I also text a number they had given us at check in and said that if there is anything we need we can text it. I text it twice and got no reply.
I rang them again and told them I lost my jacket and was told they’d send me a form to fill out. I never received this form. I rang them again and they sent the form after that. Filled it in but was told they could not find the jacket and it was lost.
It was completely my fault that I lost the jacket, however, I wish they had better customer service so they could have got the jacket before it got taken by whoever took it. They should monitor their emails and messages on booking.com app :(

Pros:

It was me and my husband 17th anniversary. The staff was very friendly. My room was clean and I slept like a baby. The room that I booked was the room I received and the view was exceptional.
