Pros:

Staff at breakfast cafeteria was very attentive, smiley, and welcoming.

Cons:

The service at the front desk really has room for improvement. The checkin experience was not pleasant. The lady was just talking to me with a poker face the entire time.
Also I don't like that there is no bottle opener in guest rooms, and they also do not allow us to borrow. The front desk said we had to bring all our glasses to the front desk for them to open, because they feared that guests would steal the opener away. I think this is really zero trust for customers, also the hotel can establish a borrow system if there are really theft cases happening in the past.

It's nicely maintained. If you don't end up with someone loud next to you, it would be much better.
Pros:

The restaurant is ok, but I would probably not eat there again.

Cons:

The walls are thin and I could hear the wildly active goings-on in the room next to me all night long.

The location to our event in the convention center

Cons:

There was a man harassing my children., no pool and the staff treated up mean didn't want to give us extra blanket, cause the other blanket was dirty and they didn't belive us, and so he question us about that, they offer free choc
Cookies, my kids went down and asked and they said they dont have any..I went down and they had some.

Spring break weekend
Pros:

The location was good. Close to all the things we wanted to do since it was my kid’s first time in the Dallas area. The receptionist Abdul was attentive. The last day we were there no one mentioned to us about the firefighters being there. We smelled like something was burning as soon as we stepped out of the room and coming down the elevator. We got to the lobby because we had paid for breakfast only to find out that the kitchen was closed and all we got offered was points towards the next visit.
