Pros:

They seem pretty nature conscious. Housekeeping was done daily. They are generous with cookies!

Cons:

The AC was barely working, even after they sent a technician down to fix it. Tucson in the summer is not the kind of place you want to stay in a room with faulty air. Everything in the room was very dated. There were no ice machines in the annex building, and none on the first floor of the main hotel building, so if you needed ice you'd have to walk from your room to the main building and take the lift up to another floor to access an ice machine. To be fair, they said they're working on that, but getting ice was extremely inconvenient during my stay. The annex building did not have air-conditioned corridors OR elevators, so it was a pain to move the suitcases up and down. They were also extremely inflexible about late checkout and kept pushing the buck to the morning staff to reject the request.
