Overall it is very good. The caravan is quite new but something inside like blinds and shelves in the fridge is broken. The staffs are helpful and friendly.

Perfect with great facilities. Time it well with them having a music festival as well

Very nice quiet park

Nice relaxed and quiet stay. Park could do with some refreshing, but its modern enough and good value for money.

Quick check in, friendly staff . Clean and tidy ( apart from dog hair on doormats which I cleaned!) Everything we needed for our stay.

Overall experience was good

Overall the holiday park is a quiet and clean place, very comfortable to stay, the caravan is clean and include most of the things we need, the bed is comfortable, the water pressure is strong enough to have a good shower! Just one downside is there’s no wifi in caravan which they didn’t mention to us before our stay, we have to go to the pub to get the internet connection which is quite inconvenient, hope that can be stated clearly before booking or better provide the wifi service in the future!

The caravan was lovely, it was a superior 3 and the bed especially was very comfortable the caravan itself was spacious,clean (thanks to Sophie) and well equipped, the swimming pool was great and really warm, had a great couple of days, thanks ❤️

This property is new and in good condition, but very tiny and not suitable for more than 2 adults and 2-3 children definitely not for 7 ppl as suggested. Sofabed is not suitable for sleeping. Location is good for visiting attractions of Cornwall.

We booked the hoilday home for 3 nights.
Positives:
The holiday home at first look was pleasing. The bedrooms were fantastic, the kitchen had all the amenities, toilets were good but shower rooms were a bit small but it was good. Lounge was nice. The decking was nice but due to the rains we could not use it much.
Negatives:
The day we moved in was warm so we did not need any heating but day two it was cold due to rains , tried starting up the radiatiors nothing... I complained guest services on day 1 itself just as a caution but they mentioned me to check the smart thermostat it showed 23 degrees but it was a bit incorrect , day two was cold so i asked to have a look but no reply. Day 3 i complained and they said we did not receive your complaint , after a couple of calls they said rhey will someone in. In the evening when i went to check with the maintenence guys they mentioned they were looking for the key which opened the door to boiler. I just had 1 key which was to the main door. They never had any spares for boiler doors and thus i had to spend nights (all 3 in cold). Due to this none of our towels dried eventhough there was a heated towel rail in bathroom.
The swimming pool was closed due to maintenence ob Wednesday so we could only use it one day as we checked in on tuesday and had to checkout on friday exactly at 10.
The app had breakfast menu for sunset restaurant but when checked they mentioned app was incorrect. They opened for lunch at 12.

Great location for travelling out to visit other areas of Cornwall. The caravan was a really good size with 2 bathrooms, great facilities for self catering and a nice balcony. The beds were also very comfortable. The swimming pool was great for when the weather wasn't great, although longer opening times for it would have been appreciated and our little boy loved the park. The bar looked nice and cosy but having a toddler (and being pregnant myself), we were not really able to use it! We would definitely stay there again!

Great Location, Great Price, Beautiful new caravan with all the amenities needed for a family stay and has all basics on site. Restaurant, amusements, music, swimming pool, kids play area, parking next to caravan, guest services, small shop! What more could you need! Had a great time and would happily stay again if in the area
