Great place to stay in Boston
Pros:

Great location for exploring Boston, friendly staff and just about everything you need for a stay. Liked the coffee in rooms and refillable water. Comfy beds, clean and great value. Cant ask for more.

Pros:

El hotel está en una ubicación muy buena, a un paso de la estación de Back Bay y a unos 15 minutos a pie del centro. El personal es muy agradable y la habitación aunque es pequeña está llena de detalles (café, té, albornoz, agua...). Además se puede rellenar agua y tomar café en el vestíbulo del hotel. Todo muy limpio y tranquilo.

Cons:

Por el precio podía haber incluido desayuno.

A+ Stay!
Pros:

All the staff here are very warm and welcoming! Mitchell, Gabi, Robert, and Cynthia made us feel like family and were very accommodating. Love the decor, comfortable bed, and awesome water bar. It’s also in a nice neighborhood with lots of kids and dogs.

Pros:

Our room was small but comfortable. The double duvets are brilliant! But what most stood out was Mitchell, who was at the front desk. He could have not been more helpful - figuring out parking, restaurant recommendations, getting our window open - he truly went above and beyond and all with a smile

Pros:

Cozy, close to everything, and the fact that they’re super animal friendly was a big plus! My friend bought the plushie to donate to the shelter as well and the story behind it touched our hearts.

Good hotel, good price
Pros:

The staff we interacted with were very nice and welcoming. We enjoyed the free coffee and cookies in the main area, and were given a free drink coster upon arrival.

Cons:

Our room was right next to a door that opened to the elevator and we could constantly hear people coming and going to our floor. The comforters on our bed were stained. We had enjoyed coffee in our room the first day of our stay, but more coffee pods were not replaced for the next day. Bathroom was very small, and had limited space. It would be nice to have more places in the bathroom to place our toiletries. Maybe a shelf under the sink?

Absolut empfehlenswert für sightseeing in Boston
Pros:

Viele positive Aspekte: Kleines aber sehr sauberes Zimmer. Super Lage. Kostenloses Wasser, Fahrräder und Regenschirme. Top Personal, freundlich und kompetent.

Pros:

Gostei muito da estrutura do hotel, gostei que tem café e chá disponível na recepção e no quarto, com reposição diária, já incluso no valor. Gostei que a gente ganha uma garrafa de água e um welcome drink. Além de que o espaço dividido com o restaurante é muito bom. O quarto era bastante confortável também.

Cons:

A internet em um dos quartos estava bem ruim, não gostei que a equipe da recepção era um pouco desorganizada e eu tive que pagar por algumas coisas repetidas vezes e isso ficou pouco transparente.
