A nice place to stay
Pros:

The staff is very helpful. And welcoming. Location is. Good. Overall a very nice experience.

Cons:

The sidewalks. In the area. Are interesting. They are red brick very old fashioned. But not very comfortable to walk on.

Pros:

Le personnel est très gentil et assez réactif quand vous rencontrez un problème. L’hôtel est si bien placé qu’il est possible de visiter une grande partie de Boston à pied.

Cons:

La chambre n’était malheureusement pas propre, bien que le nécessaire ait été fait, il y avait des cheveux sur les draps, sur le sol et dans la douche ce qui n’est pas propre à mon sens. Il faudrait accentuer le nettoyage notamment en passant l’aspirateur.

Easy, convenient, served its purpose - but have to say the staff was awesome!
Pros:

Location was great and check in was easy

Cons:

It’s cute in decor but slightly run down 1 just slightly. It is an older building that has been painted to look clean.

The nice extras in the room. Pineapple engraved, nice towels, bedding.

Cons:

The entrance, front desk area, was unclean, messy, and very odd. The first impression was like walking into a 1 or 2 star old motel. The elevators and walls of the hallways were dirty with a lot of wear. The staff were not cordial!

Calm, friendly, clean and quiet
Pros:

Very friendly staff, I had a nice talk with Gabe at the reception, nice environment, close to Boston Common and Downtown, highly recommended. Rooms are quite small but that's the standard, and it's clean and quiet.

No complaints! Would stay again for sure.
Pros:

My absolute favourite aspect of this hotel was the European style bedding. Separate blankets is an absolute game changer, especially when sharing with a sibling. Staff was kind, no complaints on location, cleanliness was appropriate. Would stay again. Thanks!

I love a Pineapple!
Pros:

What a precious, fun, happy atmosphere hotel. I was greeted with a smile and welcome from Mitchell! What a great way to start my visit. Then treated to a complementary beverage. Bed comfy, love Duvets! I’ll be back and would 100% recommend.

Paw-some Pineapple 🐾🐾🍍
Pros:

Had a delightful visit at Stay Pineapple.
Walking into the lobby there was a gorgeous aroma and the decor was fresh and characterful especially the glamorous pineapple mosaic up the staircase.
We were kindly welcomed and checked into our room which was themed beautifully, comfortable and pristine with everything needed for the stay. The bed was spacious and had sumptuous quilts, pillows and linen.
Before heading out we met Goofy the most adorable dog.
Great situation to head off and explore marvellous Boston.
Departure day we were shown good hospitality and were able to leave our luggage in reception with the option to keep the room open for if we returned before checkout time while we went to Boston Public Garden, the common and then The Cheers pub. When we did eventually have to leave the gentleman in reception booked a taxi on our behalf.
Superb hospitality throughout.

Excellent hotel experience
Pros:

Robert, Mitchell and David have all been very helpful, professional and kind. The trifecta! Besides the wonderful people, it’s a lovely hotel, clean and stylish, in a terrific part of town. And they have a Bernadoodle employee!! Goofy the dog is fabulous! I would absolutely return to this hotel.
