I trusted them to be the place for my graduation party because I immediately fell in love with the place, its ambience, cleanliness and what I really liked is that it wasn't crowded, it had a bit of privacy to it. I didn't have to do much in terms of decor because the space was pretty.
Interacting with the management was so easy and they were so friendly and professional in terms of communication. They assisted with the smooth running of the day of the party itself and I wasn't worried. They have really good service and amazing meals. My family praised it, especially the desserts. I would highly recommend this to anyone trying to do something simple but classy. Hilton should also really maintain its standards.

II had a wonderful stay at Hilton Garden Inn Kampala. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, making it easy to relax after a busy day. The reception staff were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile.
I also really enjoyed the restaurant. The food was excellent, with a great variety of dishes, and every meal was a pleasure. What impressed me the most was the entire Food & Beverage team. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. Their genuine hospitality, professionalism, and warm attitude made every dining experience special.
Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Kampala and look forward to returning in the future.

Great service from all in the hotel, even when i got sick they assisted with making sure i got treatment. Driver sat and waited with me in the hospital. When i returned they made sure i got to eat what i needed. All round great service

I recently completed a two-week stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Kampala, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was nothing short of world-class.
The standout feature of this hotel is undoubtedly the people. Ravish has trained an absolutely incredible staff. Every single team member I encountered was exceptionally friendly, courteous, and delightful to interact with. What truly set them apart was their proactive approach—they consistently anticipated my needs before I even had to ask, making me feel completely at home during my extended stay.
As for the dining, the food and beverage team blew me away. Every meal was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and served with genuine warmth. It is clear that Ravish’s excellent leadership and high standards shine through the entire service team.
Thank you to everyone at the Hilton Garden Inn Kampala for making my two weeks so comfortable and memorable. I highly recommend this hotel, and I look forward to returning!

Location was convenient, near shopping malls, excellent meals, clean rooms, facilities function well, very accomodating. Staff were friendly.
Access road although tarmacked is very dusty if you have to walk to the shopping malls very close by. But that probably is for the county government to sort out.
Friendly staff, I could get my meals served anytime 24/7, Accacia mall 2 mins walking distance, quiet space, clean, great breakfast. Central to everything I needed to do.
