I loved it, close to the Acacia mall ...nice areas for walking. Cleaning done daily

I would recommend it, but the front desk staff need to be better trained to have a service mindset.

Albert the manager was very friendly and resolved my customer service issues.

Cons:

Stuart in the front desk was quite rude. I asked him for some bottles of water and he told me to go up and get it from my room...

Excellent stay with outstanding service
Pros:

I had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Hotel Kampala. The hotel offers excellent amenities and the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff are friendly, professional, and consistently attentive throughout the stay.

The breakfast buffet was truly outstanding—beautifully laid out with an impressive number of options. The homemade bakery items were exceptional, truly out of this world, and there was a great variety to suit all tastes.

Special appreciation goes to Albert, the Front Office Manager & F&B Manager, who were always available, extremely caring, and very proactive in ensuring guests felt welcomed and well looked after. Their professionalism and personal attention made a noticeable difference to the overall experience.

Hilton's Kampala got it all! 😍 Luxurious rooms, top-notch service, and that breakfast buffet is goals 🍳👌 The staff were super friendly and helpful, making my stay super comfy. The gym and pool area were on another level 🏋️‍♀️👙 Perfect spot for both business and leisure. Would totally recommend! 👍
