Rocio was an amazing bartender! She was warm, friendly, and welcoming! I would stay at this hotel just for her level of hospitality. Kudos to the management team for hiring such a stellar employee.

The hotel is clean , the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, and the bartenders (Rocio and Christina)are helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable.

We stayed in the hotel on a recent business trip, the entire staff was very friendly from check in to cleaning. We had a great stay. I want to give a special recognition to our time spent in the lounge with Rosario as our server, she went above and beyond in a very busy time to make us feel special. Thanks for a great trip!

As a regular guest at this hotel Vanessa, the Executive Lounge attendant, provided truly exceptional service. I can honestly say she is one of the highlights of my stay, and I always look forward to seeing her. She is warm, professional, and incredibly attentive from start to finish. What really sets her apart is how awesome it is having genuine conversations with her, she’s friendly, engaging, and makes you feel completely at ease. Vanessa has a natural way of connecting with one while still paying close attention to every detail. She anticipates needs and does everything with a sincere smile. Her positive energy and personable nature truly elevate the entire lounge experience. She is a standout employee and a true asset to the hotel.

Came business, stayed extra days with friends. We had such a great experience. The front desk staff, especially Jermaine and the woman who was working the overnight shift on Thursday-Friday, were so accommodating and helpful. Especially when I came downstairs at 2am to ask for an additional room. House keeping was so sweet and thorough. Food in the restaurant was tasty. We had the cinnamon pecan pancakes. Highly recommend.

My wife and myself spent the weekend 1/16 - 1/18 at the hotel. We enjoyed the experience . The check in process was quick and seamless. We were upgraded to a duplex. We were grateful for the upgrade. Except for the heat problems we loved the room. Room service was great along with the bar food. The bartenders were friendly and the drinks were spectacular. The hotel is situated perfectly for an addison experience or a galleria area experience. We will return

Everytime I stay at this hotel, I'm so excited to see Alex at executive lounge. His customer skills, preparation and willingness to help others is top notch. Even with the busy crowds, he is energized and ready to go. I look forward to seeing him on my next visit.

Arthur Walker was so awesome the hotel was set up really nice with Christmas decorations. Arthur went above an beyond the service standard. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary and this became the most memorable night of our stay.
