Love this hotel

Vanessa is the best!
Because I stay here often, I’ve had the chance to see how consistently hardworking and attentive she is. She remembers guests, greets people with a smile, and always goes the extra mile to help whenever needed. It’s the kind of service that makes you feel valued and makes the hotel experience feel much more personal.

Vanessa is one of those people who leaves a lasting impression. Her positive attitude, reliability, and warm personality make a big difference, and she’s a big part of why I enjoy staying here so much. Also, I have to add that the hummus and blondies are absolutely amazing and always a highlight of my stays!
The blondie didn’t make it into the picture but you definitely have to try it!
Plus location is perfect everything is in waking distance.

Here for a dance competition and two big shout outs:

One for Ralph - I made a reservation at the wrong renaissance hotel and he got me right in and at the group rate at that! Saw the mad fury I was in. Gave me water. So so kind.

Second is for Christopher - in the checkout frenzy I left clothes in a drawer and he got them safely returned to me.

Top notch guest service from beginning to end.

Breakfast was amazing although buffet was not provided which was odd considering the weekend, what we ordered alcarte was more than enough and everything tasted great.

Arthur greeted us and set the tone for the stay. He was very welcoming and told us not only about the hotel facilities but offered upgrades that were available and made sure we were able to shop for great deals

Arthur Walker was very professional and knowledgeable when he helped us with checkin. He gave us top-notch customer service and made sure that we had everything that we needed and answered all of our questions. He's a Keeper!

Great service all around, from Eric and Nathan on the AV team, to Christopher at the front desk, who helped me with printing a last-minute request!

Disturbed at 2 am by guest coming from outside
Called down reception and was told
We are short of staff!!
Eventually someone came and spoke to the guest next door
No further call to ask if I was okay the following day
Cold showers hot water long to get thru

The establishment is well maintained and beautiful. More importantly the front desk person named Christopher. He greated me as he knew me and made me feel good after a long day. He was pleasant. Very courteous and professional. I usually don't write a review but I wanted to write one today to acknowledge the gentleman and make sure that his manager knows that they have a good employee.

Rocio was an amazing bartender! She was warm, friendly, and welcoming! I would stay at this hotel just for her level of hospitality. Kudos to the management team for hiring such a stellar employee.

The hotel is clean , the front desk staff is friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, and the bartenders (Rocio and Christina)are helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Rocio and cristina were the best bartenders I’ve ever met. They gave me a lime in my modelo. They are friendly, professional, beautiful, i just can said give this two girls all the credit because they deserve
