Came in to town for a Wedding and the World Cup - Love the World Cup setting very inviting and wedding reception was wonderful!!

I spent a week (June 21-28, 2026) at the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel for a business trip (during world cup). The hotel facilities were excellent and all the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Special praise for Rocio, Christina, Paige, Zoe, Andy, and Arthur.

Rocio is the best bartender that I've ever seen... and I've been to A LOT of bars (sorry. mom). Rocio always greeted me with a smile, remembered my drink, and filled the room with happiness. She was simply delightful and made every customer feel special, even during busy times.

Christina always had a smile on her face and seems to be the glue that holds it all together. Paige and Zoe were awesome and somehow manage to keep everyone happy even when it's a very large crowd.

Andy at the Rooted Grounds coffee shop in the lobby was wonderful and remembered my order every time I came in. She always greeted me with a smile and always said have a nice day.

Arthur at the front desk is one of the friendliest people I've ever met, great memory, and super responsive... all around great guy.

I highly recommend the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel because they have the most amazing and attentive staff!

Jermaine was very kind and attentive. He did everything he could to help me.

Arthur at the desk was so welcoming. He made sure we knew about everything we could get access to and to reach out if we need help by any means.

The hotel and staff are top-notch! Clean rooms, excellent service, and beautiful decor make you feel like you're living in the lap of luxury. Mary, the hotel operator, is the most polite and expedient person I've dealt with in a long time; she went above and beyond for me when I couldn't locate my folio receipt. To the hotel manager: You've got a good one there, do whatever it takes to keep Mary happy!

Rocio is amazing. She goes above and beyond every single time I come in. She remembers that I love ranch and always makes sure I have extra without me even having to ask. She also helps me find drinks I actually enjoy which makes the whole experience so much better. If you get Rocio as your bartender you are in great hands. She is the reason I keep coming back.

Stayed here multiple times for work. The staff is phenomenal! The hotel is very spacious and clean. It is an older hotel but it is updated and has a great feel to it.

After getting to the room, I realized the TV wasn’t working. I called reception. 15mn later an engineer showed up. He wasn’t able to fix it and told me he would be right back with a key for a new room. So I packed my stuff and waited. 1/2h later, I called reception again, to be told someone’s coming to bring me the key. Another 20mn later, nothing has happened. 90mn after my first call, someone eventually showed up to tell me that the hotel is fully booked and I wasn’t gonna be moved, and the TV wasn’t to be fixed either.
They offered breakfast !
The lack of communication between staff, the wait is totally unacceptable.
No tv for a hotel of this standard isn’t acceptable either.

The Renaissance Addison is my favorite hotel to stay at… And business traveler of 28 years, I look for certain things such as cleanliness, consistency, kindness of the staff and an ecosystem within the hotel. This place provides all that and much more.

The rooms are always very clean, the front desk always greets me and remembers me every time I return, and the hotel has so many amenities between a spa, workout room, a restaurant and a bar… You don’t have to leave in order to fulfill anything you need.

Specifically… Freda, the general manager’s assistant is exceptional… She even comes out and greets me with a hug when I come to the check-in and makes sure that I have everything I need.

Christina and Rosia in the bar are always so kind and remember me and even have created a special sandwich for me.

Alex in the concierge’s lounge always keeps a tight ship with an absolute well stocked and extremely clean breakfast buffet… I love going into the lounge and having my breakfast while looking out the window and watching a little bit of TV to check out the morning news.

Ralph at the front desk remembers me and always asked me questions as if it was just yesterday since the last time I was there.

Antonio and Serena at the front desk are also always wonderful at remembering every little detail. At one time, I needed my suit dry cleaned quickly, and Serena was able to do it overnight.

The photo is a Freda and I when I was traveling there this week… She came down twice to see me and say hello… The other photo is my breakfast view. Love this place! It feels like home for me!

I love the hotel, the room but I love much more the food and the service in the restaurant, the breakfast was amazing and the server (Andy) was the best ever, Thank you so much for such a great service.

I just can say one thing OMG Rocio, thank you so much for me an amazing person and bartender you totally make me feel like I was at home please don’t let her go she’s amazing

As a chef I am compelled to write this review. I was attending the PFG Global Culinary Summit. I came down to the bar and had Rocio as my bartender. She absolutely blew me away. Her attitude is spot on for our industry as a FOH worker. She never didn’t have a smile on her face and even when I thought she was getting in the weeds she was dancing the Jarabe Tapatío and didn’t skip a beat. You have an ace with her!
