loved this hotel, they were so down to earth and helpful. im from new york and this was my first time in Texas and the staff here made me feel so comfortable! They gave me the beat recommendations. Zoe in particular at the bar was top notch, she will help you with the best recommendations. Also Chris who checked me in was so helpful accommodating! Definitely recommend this hotel 🥰

We stayed at the Renaissance dallas Addison hotel will definitely keep this place in mind when coming back to dallas. The front desk concierge Arthur was awesome and very helpful made our experience alot better with our spur of the moment reservation.

Rocio at the Renaissance Hotel was absolutely fantastic. We were in town for business, and she made our stay so much more enjoyable. She was fun, entertaining, and created a welcoming atmosphere every evening.

Not only does she make outstanding drinks, but she also took the time to get to know us and made us feel like regulars. She even helped us by sharing local recommendations and making our business meetings a little easier and more enjoyable after long days.

Excellent service, a great personality, and some of the best cocktails we've had. If you're staying at the Renaissance, do yourself a favor and stop by the bar to see Rocio. She was one of the highlights of our trip!

Booked via Kaboomtown package for Jul 4th weekend.
Hotel is renovated and looks decent, but has a real lack of substance.
Room designs

Stay experience
- complementary water not placed inside rooms, had to ask reception; they ran out of water bottles 2 out of 3 times I asked
- one of the elevators had stale urine smell (disgusting), I noticed that it was cleaned / gone next morning
- missing remote for the TV, I reported and it was not delivered after 4 hours; had to call again for remote to be provided
- I was not provided the Kaboomtown voucher upon check in, I had to ask for it before heading out to the event

Poor room design
- room has no “master” light switch
- there is only 1 socket at the work desk
- the floor lamp is not connected to any electricity outlet, because they didn’t have one installed??!?!
- faucet wasn’t even installed at the center of the sink???!!??

I do want to highlight that staff is friendly and helpful.

However this hotel can barely live up to the basic Marriott brand. Shockingly low standards.

Rocio, provided excellent customer service with the best drinks and service! Highly recommend visiting her and this bar for some of the best drinks in town with a friendly Texas smile!

Came in to town for a Wedding and the World Cup - Love the World Cup setting very inviting and wedding reception was wonderful!!
