2026/03/05 16:00到訪，門口剛遇管家很客氣，網路訂房202號房約1400多，房間感淨衛生，電子鎖管控，走路附近都是好景點很舒服，值得再訪。

極差的池上之旅，超賣又不承認

員工有事先來電確認我住宿時間、也傳訊息給我如何入住。

Cons:

到場入住後才發現他們給我不一樣的房型（房號101），明顯比較小+對外窗是面對隔壁的牆壁+在一樓長的很像臨時給員工或內部人休息的房型。我打電話問了老闆，他一直推說是他的管家不知道樓上2間$2000多的賣掉了（我原本訂的房型），說因為我只花費$1468，所以只好開這間相符這個價錢的房間給我。

整通電話不承認超賣、一直推給別人跟平台系統。
還說可以讓我退全額或幫我找$2000多的（但還不是要我自己承擔損失？！）
都已經晚上7點，還沒吃晚餐，又累又餓，我們到哪臨時找？

最後我們覺得繼續住下去非常不保險，就沒住離開了。
他是承諾不會扣款，即使這樣，我真的非常生氣。這是我在booking.com上面從來沒遇過的。
我1個月前就訂房，有超賣你不會提早聯絡我？這分明就是蓄意安排，我如果不再查證我訂的房型，他們就等於賺到了。
沒有賠償，得了便宜還說什麼可以讓我全額退費。好好的出遊都被他影響了。

房間的擺設算簡單不過該有的都有 床的兩側都有插座👍

停車蠻方便的 不用走很遠 因為我們住的是平日如果是假日可能車位會不足

因為下雨延誤了入住時間 導致入住搞了個烏龍 管家給錯房號 房門是電子鎖按密碼就能進去 所以我開了別人的房門 還好他有用門鏈 不過還是超尷尬 當下心想如果在裡面的是我我會超級不爽的 這應該是很嚴重的失誤 。洗澡的熱水真的等超久的白白浪費水資源 這是我第二次住池上 不是很愉快的體驗🤔
