Great Stay
Pros:

We were very impressed with the newly renovated rooms. . Everything looked modern, clean, and fresh. The staff were very welcoming and the atmosphere was peaceful.

Perfect Relaxing Vacation
Pros:

The location is serene and beautiful, quiet and perfect for relaxing. I adored the manager-Alex-a Russian -who attended to my every request. The staff is so much fun, friendly and they work hard. Restaurant was excellent, but inconsistent.

Cons:

They need a better wine list and high end alcohol. Had to go down the path to One Beach for that.

Cons:

Didn’t end up staying as the location was different to what was shows on airbnb. Not explained that the only way to the location was by boat. Staff took ages to reply to resolve my problem (over a day).

Worth it for a couple nights relaxation
Pros:

Our pod was incredibly comfortable, very spacious and the facilitates were clean. Robes, fridge and good air con were a plus. Pool bar had a wide range of options and pleasant barnman. Fire show was an added extra
Good food

Cons:

Service at the restaurant could be improved
Ants at breakfast plus breakfast could have been extended till a bit later
Not much in the area so be prepared for that - Sky Bar is currently closed due to war conflicts affecting supply issues

Comfortable Stay
Pros:

This is my second time staying here. The rooms have been renovated, and the new design looks modern and fresh. Everything is very clean, making the stay comfortable. Oh they just upgrade the Wi-fi Speed as well

Beautiful, secluded beach location!
Pros:

The location on Sandy Beach is perfect for switching off and completely relaxing! The pods are cute, rustic, could use some fresh paint but were very comfortable. Beach swings are great, pool was lovely and there were plenty of sun loungers. There are kayaks to use, and books to borrow. Great sunrise views right from the beach. Easy to get a boat to visit other beaches, but I think Sandy beach was the best, clean, and quiet!

Pros:

Die Unterkunft (Tube) war sehr komfortabel, die Anlage sehr sauber, zum Wohlfühlen. Man kann das Ressort nur per kostenpflichtigen Wassertaxi erreichen. An diesem Strand gibt es zwei Ressorts, aber keine Shops oder Geschäfte, also richtig schön zum Entspannen. Sowohl das Essen als auch das Frühstück war in diesem Ressort sehr gut. Die Preise waren günstig.

Pas de snorkeling sur place et lit dur
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner soit en buffet soit 3 choix sur carte.
Le restaurant et son personnel
La piscine avec parasols et mise à disposition des serviettes, des transats. des douches et wc

Cons:

Le lit, dans notre "bungalow tube" était un matelas inconfortable posé sur le béton et très difficile d'accès quand on a passé 60 à 70 ans ou qu'on n'est pas souple.
L'emplacement est bien mais il faut savoir que la plage et cette petite baie (partagées par 3 structures du même groupe) n'offrent aucune possibilité de faire du snorkeling sauf au seul ponton où accostent les bateaux des 3 structures. Il faut prendre un tour payant pour y aller.
L'entretien quotidien des bungalows et le remplacement des serviettes ne sont pas automatiques même quand on le demande. Quand il est fait, la même sortie de bain sert à essuyer le lavabo, les WC...
Les joints de douche sont noirs et moisis
Des bungalows sont en cours de rénovation.... amélioration sûrement

Beautiful beach and views- more attention to detail would increase the scoring.

Beautiful location with fantastic view from our bungalow. Beach was excellent and private

Cons:

Staff in the restaurant not attentive and plates etc hanging around on tables. Had at times to inform them that our food was ready and needed to be served!!!!

Pros:

Absolutely stunning location on the most beautiful beach,the pods were OK,a little basic,but that's fine in such a stunning location.

Cons:

No hand towels and only one bath towel for 2 nights,not the sort of standard you would expect and the restaurant was totally un inspiring, bland food served in a canteen like atmosphere.

Four stars, unworthy.
Pros:

The friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

Dirty place, absolutely not worth the money. The garden is a mess, the breakfast is terrible (empty trays of vegetables, ants on the table...). A pile of construction waste on the pier. Very bad location, nothing to do.
I stayed 4 nights, enough time to have those experiences.
