Kampala Suburbs Apartment

Terrible location, pictures were not what they seem on the app. No water was give, no soap was given, the bathroom was terrible, the shower got water everywhere, bugs crawling all over the place. The rooms were dirty.

Lovey stay, but they need to be considerate with other people's belongings because I don't like thieves

It was a very pleasant stay, comfortable beds and apartments in general as well the staff were very attentive. The only down fall is it is next door to a mosque and when you are not someone that gets up for morning prayers it is a loud rough wake up call.

It was very noisy at night. The mosque is right behind the property and the property workers area of rest was close to the room so their interesting conversations could be heard loud and clear. During the prayer times it was as though I was in the temple myself. It was super loud. I found no rest at night. Also the road that leads to the property is terrible.
Other than noise and terrible road, front desk especially Samuel was very helpful, security is great, the cleaners did a great job as well. Overall, the apartments are very nice and atmosphere is great.

Es war ein komfortabeles Apartment mit viel Platz. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Nur die Umgebung ist nicht ideal für Touristen. Straßen sind auch in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Das Gebäude ist auf privatem Grundstück mit Security.

Kampala Suburbs was wonderful and comfortable place to stay, it was very clean, the staff were great and very helpful and the services was beyond my expectation. Also the place is safe but the road to lead to the hotel was not paved and little rough. I would like to give it five starts

The staff were welcoming , friendly and accomodable especially Jonathan and molly the receptionists, the rooms were very spacious and excellent and had a good view; garden dinner area was nice with excellent music and the room service staff were very pleasant and amazing, kind and courteous otherwise very helpful. Its location close to the city centre adds to it's business point of view , which make made my stay perfect with it's staff having cool attitudes towards work and the guests needs i can't wait to return back to this hotel because it was just the best place of comfort for me thank you for everything, untill next time .

One of the worst apartments I ever stay... I couldnt stay my whole 6 days i told them I need to check out and they werent able to refund my money upon how i pay expedia an extra $16 protection fee.
