Renaissance Dallas Hotel

Loretha McCree provided us excellent customer service. Our conference materials were delivered to the wrong location. She was able to locate and get them shipped off with no hassle at all! Thanks Loretha, keep up the excellent customer service!

Stayed at this hotel many years ago. It has really been remodeled and updated. Beautiful in all aspects. Room was very comfortable with nice view of downtown. A massive hotel on its own. Staff were all kind. Debra in the executive lounge was amazing. Our first time to meet her. She was so gracious. Other guests were clearly enchanted by her also, many staying at this facility numerous times. Breakfast and evening food offerings were wonderful. Gym was nice. The hotel clean all over. Nice to have an option for self parking. Look forward to coming again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is always amazing. This time I took my whole family for the holidays and they really blew me away. The front desk remembered me and my husband, but because we had our little ones they made them feel so special. They gave them candy at check in and really made them feel a part of the process. As a parent it’s little things like that that really make a place special.

My family and I stayed at this hotel while driving through Dallas. We didn't look up this hotel before staying and it blew mind my mind on how this clean this hotel is. From the people at the front desk to the valet staff EVERYONE was so AMAZING!! The food in the restaurant was AMAZING too.

This was a quick business stay, but i had to write about the amazing service i received from every part of this hotel. From when i was greeted by the valet people to the frint desk, to the restaurant and even the housekeepers on my floor. EVERYONE was so pleasant and you can tell this place is a good place. I cannt wait to return with my family and enjoy the ROOF TOP POOL!

My company had a Christmas party at this hotel and all I can say is WOW!!! The rooms were clean and the food in the restaurant was AMAZING!!! Our company said we will have our Christmas party here next year!!

My husband and I stayed to celebrate our 23rd anniversary and was given the BEST upgraded room with a beautiful city view!!! The ladies at the front desk were so kind and had great customer service. We will be back VERY soon!!!

This stay was amazing! my girl friends and I stayed for a long weekend in Dallas and this hotel blew us out of the water! The front desk helped us out by upgrading us to a suite so we can all stay in the same room, the bar had the BEST drinks and food. Even though they are not right in downtown it was better becuase we were able to go downtown each night and then come back here to get away from the craziness. We will do another girls trip here!

After a long day on the road, I was warmly welcomed by Destiny at the front desk. She took time to walk me through the property and let me know all I needed to know.
Another thing that impressed me was while I was in the restaurant for breakfast. What I took as head chef and restaurant manager, made a point so say good morning and hello to every single server, host and line cook. It showed true comrade and team spirit.

Valerie was AMAZING! Her customer service was OUTSTANDING! She was very sweet and kind….she went above and beyond! Her professionalism EXCEEDED my expectation! Thanks again Valerie for EVERYTHING!!!

Great check-in by Shakira. Clearly significant investment in lobby area, presented well. Club Lounge was pretty good.

Room furniture good minus dated doors. Thin walls, leaky doors = bad sleep. No comforters.

Overall, not bad, but can’t stay here again. Need to be able to sleep for work.

My favorite Dallas hotel. Your staff makes all the difference. From Ruben in the dining room , to the warm friendly registrations folks like Karina, Christian and Camron, you always make our stay an exceptional experience. From a traveler’s perspective, people really make or break the stay….and your staff at the Renaissance go above and beyond every time!

Food and atmosphere were great. Rosie and Chris at the Asador Bar were FANTASTIC! Friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly gracious. We absolutely loved them. What gems you have as part of your staff. Next time we are in from Alabama, we will be sure to come back and stay because of these two. The hotel is also great. Thank you to all the staff.

I am in charge of a third of the country for my med device company. I first came to this hotel when I was 27. I’m 49. Of every hotel I visit as a Titanium Elite member this is my favorite. The people have been here for YEARS (shout out to Debra and her mom and Jasmine) and it’s CLEAR the management is doing this right. The front desk is friendly and always has a smile. Best lounge and food I’ve had. Beds are awesome. They service daily without asking. The restaurant is fantastic. Location is central to Dallas. Can’t recommend it enough. It’s the only place I feel like I’m coming home every time. 50/10

Everything was SUPERB! I was here over Thanksgiving for work and they provided the best hospitality ; the staff looked out for us, making sure we had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly. The room was luxurious. The food was delicious; kudos to the chef for a delicious meal. Overall, a wonderful experience.
