Renaissance Dallas Hotel

i loved the room, the amenities,and the structure/decor of the hotel. it is truly beautiful. parking was very close, even in the parking garage. the staff was very helpful, fast, and friendly. my company and i were very grateful for the small grocery area! the smoking section outdoors is the best i’ve seen at any hotel. it’s a very chill, secluded still close enough to the entrance. they had some cool chairs in a clean area with great ambience. i could have sat there most of my trip. i wish we had time to go to the pool and the bar. i only got to see the bar and it looked cozy and very inviting.

The view is nice, depending on which side of the hotel room you choose. I was given an odd number and I could see down below that the trains still run through this part of town. The room is clean and the noise level is low. I am a vegan and the hotel menu has no vegan dish. So I asked to speak with the manager, I explained my situation and he was extremely accommodating to help rectify the situation. The Asador, Assistant Restaurant Manager who name is Gurkan Eyigor had the chef make me a special vegan dish and it was superb. I want to say thank you for such great service being attentive to the customer dietary needs. You all did a great job hiring this gentleman. If more companies would just listen to the needs of their costumers they can get so much more business. Word of mouth goes a long way. I just want to say thank you to Gurkan for such great customer service.

Everything was great. Vance the valet attendant was awesome. Helped my husband with our luggage. The room was great and atmosphere was awesome.

Came for the semi final game and this stay was great. The check in was different from any other check in ive had Valerie at the desk was so accommodating and funny she had my whole friend group laughing. it really made my check in fun which who has ever said checking in is fun lol. we had multiple reservations and we wanted to be put toegther as best as possible she accomodated our request and got us on the same floor. We asked for reccomodndations for places to eat and her and jason provided a full list of places we can go.... we chose Terry Blacks. Through out the stay whenever we would see them they remembered us. At check out camren was so kind and gave us a great brekafsat place to eat before we left. She even took our luggage so we could go eat and come back for our uber to the airport. From check in to check out this stay was soo much fun and really made our trip for the game the best it could be. Thank you to everyone at this hotel whoever is running the place has choosen great employees!

This is not my first time staying at this hotel and every time my family stays its a great experience. I do not know how they do it, but each time we show up the front desk and the restaurant always remember me AND my kids. As a parent its always great to see when a place acknowledge my kids. From check in with Jason to check out with Karina to Carlos and Jorge in the restaurant every interaction reminds us why we stay here. It always feels like home. The rooms are beautiful always clean and spotless. The rooms are large... this time jason was kind enough to even put our family in a suite which gave us plenty of room for our family of 4. Thank you for everything thing you do for my family and helping create a home away from home for us.

Fire asador burger .Lovely atmosphere, great service , ask for Girkin . The club lounge is also beautiful , ask for Debra , lovely lady ,10/10 service . Definitely coming back

Beautiful hotel

Staying at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel is such a blessing. From Cory Burns being very helpful with booking my stay to everyone at the front desk being so kind. Debra and Jasmine work so hard at making you feel at home in The Club Lounge. Their service and kindness is over the top.

From the moment we checked in, Camron made us feel welcomed & extra special. She is an absolute gem! She is quite personable and professional… a lovely individual.

I accidentally left an extremely sentimental, irreplaceable bracelet in my room…called security/lost and found and thank goodness Loretha answered. She immediately said she was going to investigate to see what she could find. Within an hour, she had called me back- she found my bracelet! When I got her message I cried my eyes out- that’s how much the bracelet means to me. Thank you Loretha!!!

This hotel is great! Checked in with this very sweet guy Jason and my family had booked a room with only 1 bed in it, but Jason was so sweet and offered a suite for my family so we could all sleep comfortably for the weekend. he even let me kids grab a couple snacks from their little shop in the lobby. His kindness and how he acknowledged my entire family and not just me as the adult is why i would recommnd this hotel and defenitly come back. you have a great hotel and a great staff. The food in your restaurnt was amazing and i even stopped by the front desk again to get some reccomendations and Wesley gave me a ton of places for me and my kids to go to. Thank you for the great family weekend!

Amazing service, great executive lounge, and overall beautiful property. I was fortunately upgraded to an executive suite with a nice view of the Dallas skyline, and the room was great. Hotel is very convenient for travelers (not too far from the Dallas Love airport), but is also close to downtown Dallas without being too much into actual downtown. Parking lot is only accessed from your key card which adds a safety aspect, and I'd highly recommend this hotel
