Renaissance Dallas Hotel

I was part of the AT&T group. Fernando and his team from Valet were fantastic.

I had an amazing experience at the Renaissance! From the first interaction with Fernando valet to front desk checkout. I recommend to try out the Asador its the best burger I've had in a long time. I will definitely be coming back!

Great location, rooms are clean and spacious. Destiny at the front desk was awesome. Greeted me with a smile, and she was very attentive to my requests.

I’ve stayed at 50+ hotels over the past three years: five-star, luxury, you name it—but I have never experienced front desk service like I did at the Renaissance. It was truly outstanding.
Destiny, Valerie, and Sha’Kira consistently went above and beyond, showing exceptional kindness, helpfulness, and efficiency at every interaction. Their professionalism and warmth genuinely made my stay incredible. My experience could not have been any better.

Aside from that, comfortable and spotless rooms and overall incredible atmosphere.

If I could give six stars, I absolutely would.

I don't usually share reviews, but the staff at this hotel are the friendliest, kindest staff I've ever experienced at a hotel in my life. Every person I've interacted with (even just passing in elevators) strike up a friendly conversation. Not sure how they have managed to create such a friendly atmosphere, but serious kudos to the staff here, it made a lasting impression.

I recently stayed here and had an incredible experience, largely thanks to Camron at the front desk. Since it was my first time visiting Texas, she went above and beyond to make sure my stay started on a high note. She specifically selected a room for me with the best view of the Dallas skyline, which was breathtaking!

Beyond the view, her warm welcome and the bottled water she provided made me feel truly at home. It’s rare to find someone who anticipates a guest's needs like she does. If you're staying here, I hope you're lucky enough to check in with Camron!

Destiny at the front desk was amazing. She checked us in on our first and remembered who we were our entire stay. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is amazing, & the food is excellent.

The Renaissance is always my preferred choice when coming to Dallas for work travel over the last 2.5 years. All of the staff (including Destiny at the front desk and Debra in the lounge) always make sure you’re well taken care of. Even during this winter storm while business and travel shut down, staff stayed on property through the weekend to make sure operations ran smoothly. Can’t thank them enough for the great hospitality each visit.

Debra made our stay worth it and has us coming back. She made us feel so welcomed and gave us above average experience! Wesley made check in so efficient and was so very friendly through our stay! We are thankful for the staff that made our experience so great and will have us coming back!

I am disabled and the team made sure that became family to have a great experience from opening the door to the event to closing the door to go home. There always expectations that are not met but you see a culture that understand customer service for the quality of the place and it gives the hotel’s brand the professional experience. The people make to make an impact through each weather experience gives them full service to walk away and not take for granted. But they is what great valet service does. It make their life easier.

I was in for a quick trip and unfortunately happened to leave my eyeglasses in the bedding! I called the hotel and left a message for Loss Prevention without much hope. Loretha very kindly AND QUICKLY got back to me. Due to the holidays, I forgot to send the shipping lable to her and she followed up more than once ensuring that I did not forget! In a busy life, I am very grateful for that kind of service. Thank you, Loretha!

Stayed at this hotel many years ago. It has really been remodeled and updated. Beautiful in all aspects. Room was very comfortable with nice view of downtown. A massive hotel on its own. Staff were all kind. Debra in the executive lounge was amazing. Our first time to meet her. She was so gracious. Other guests were clearly enchanted by her also, many staying at this facility numerous times. Breakfast and evening food offerings were wonderful. Gym was nice. The hotel clean all over. Nice to have an option for self parking. Look forward to coming again.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and it is always amazing. This time I took my whole family for the holidays and they really blew me away. The front desk remembered me and my husband, but because we had our little ones they made them feel so special. They gave them candy at check in and really made them feel a part of the process. As a parent it’s little things like that that really make a place special.

My family and I stayed at this hotel while driving through Dallas. We didn't look up this hotel before staying and it blew mind my mind on how this clean this hotel is. From the people at the front desk to the valet staff EVERYONE was so AMAZING!! The food in the restaurant was AMAZING too.
