The person at check-in was nice.
Very old, dirty and location was sketchy. When we arrived at our room, the door was cracked open and a homeless person was in front of our room.

the staff was wonderful, but the facilites are run-down and there are many problems with the building itself.
There were large cracks in the grouting in the shower where water was obviously getting inside the wall. The faucet in the tub/shower was broken loose from the wall giving yet another place for water to penetrate, the baseboard behind the toilet was falling off and the area was covered in black mold. The A/C unit was completely packed with dust and dirt, I'm not sure how it was even attempting to work - and it was struggling to cool the room adequately. I now have a rash and breathing issues after staying in this room.

The property was in a really great location. Stores and food were within walking distance and I felt very safe overall. The bed was comfortable and I was able to take a very nice, hot shower.
The lamp shades and the walls in my room were not very clean. There was markings on multiple parts of the wall and on the headboard.
I think google fooled me 100%

The hottest, busiest travel weekend of the year and you close your pool. Just for it to be open the next weekend and the weekend before smh. And the front desk lady was rude about it.

The room didn't seem very clean and there were people smoking on the stairs right outside my room
Nothing, upon check in I was told that the pool was not working. I was asked if I wanted to cancel my reservation with waived cancellation fees. But the reservation was not canceled when requested. It was canceled the next day and my card was charged again for the cost of the stay.
