Breakfast attendants doing above and beyond
Pros:

Allison and Megan were so very helpful in the breakfast area! The breakfast buffet was clean and well maintained, and when i needed help or simply had a question, they were there to help either a great attitude. I had a wonderful experience with these two!

Pros:

The breakfast could be a lot better selection. Fresh fruit. Waffle maker. Real eggs. Location was perfect.

Cons:

Hotel is outdated needs an upgrade. Better channel selection, thin walls, carpet coming up, old toilet seat and loose toilet seat.

Pros:

Breakfast was nice, my son LOVED the pancake maker! It is a self contained maker that squirts the bater into a conveyer belt and it slowly squeezes it down to the correct thickness and cooks on both sides before dropping onto your plate! Water pressure in the shower was great! Love a good power washing shower. Room was pretty good.

Cons:

I think it is crazy that they require you to pay an additional $10 for parking while staying there! I could understand if you weren't staying but I feel like that is just part of business, providing parking. The bathrooms were ok from a distance but when you get closer it looks like mold in the showers and they clearly painted over the rusty vent.

Airport Shuttle Hotel
Pros:

I give it a 4/5 because it offered free airport shuttle, has a complimentary breakfast, and they have a nice courtyard area. The front desk people were kind. The bed was comfy and it was quiet in the halls. We slept well.

However, it is not a hotel I would stay at for more than one night - just stay at if I have an early flight. The hotel is quite dated and there are maintenance issues that need addressed. The halls had a sweaty/musky smell and the room could be cleaned more throughly.

For the purpose of getting sleep and getting to the airport for a flight, this hotel worked well.

Not as advertised, I believe the IGH hotels and Resorts will not be happy when they receive my complaint
Pros:

Not even sure where to begin, it was a pretty bad experience. I called multiple times a day for 2 days before someone finally answered the phone after I waited for an hour for the 24hr shuttle only to be told the shuttle is “down for emergency maintenance” and that I had to uber to the hotel. Then the TV did not work as well as the outlets and lights on one wall- when I called I was told they don’t have maintenance. A man sat out front in a black car to at least 03:30 am (that I know of) smoking weed out front of the hotel. He seemed to know the lady at the front desk because at one point in the middle of the night I heard them yelling at each other out in the parking lot. I also say the shuttle (that was down for maintenance) bring a group of airline employees from the airport. I chose this airport due to the shuttle and ended up spending more on an uber than the hotel, unacceptable, I feel like the hotel should pay for this. The place as a whole is falling apart, run down, dirty, so much stuff is broke down. I didn’t even have hot water to shower after my long day of travel. When I went to complain during checkout I was told management is unavailable and the girl got an attitude with me and said “look there is only 1 maintenance, a few housekeepers and one front desk right now we can’t possibly do everything. Again unacceptable. Save yourself a headache and do not stay there. I am writing an official complaint to IGH and the management none of this should happen at a Holiday Inn, maybe a motel 6 but I have had better stays there.
