Pros:

Meet or exceeded expectations, which admittedly weren't high--not downtown and close to my son's house.

Cons:

No coffee in the room. Very disappointing. I don't want to have to get dressed to go to lobby for coffee first thing in the morning. Bonus question about getting an invoice--I still don't have one. I got a text saying it would be emailed to me. But it wasn't. Not critical for me, but may be for business travelers.

Cons:

Very rude and not a good experience. Shuttle driver yelled at us and my kids and refused to give us a ride to the airport because we didn’t know we had to sign in before we waited outside. Then the “manager” started yelling at me when I asked what was going on and told us we couldn’t ride in the shuttle. Very rude and disrespectful

Very good central room, I spacious

Cons:

Was not told when I checked in that I needed a shuttle ticket to get back to airport. Front desk person had an attitude about it even though I was smiling and in a good mood
