Great location but service could be better for how much this place cost per night.
Pros:

I really like the bar staff they were the best.

Cons:

I did not like how room service had a delivery fee which I never seen before. Room service was extremely expensive two breakfast. I had what almost $100. I also request an extra pillows and they told me that they did not have extra pillows which I think is crazy every hotel to have extra.

The incidental fee was a lot more than I expected. It was more than the cost to stay. The room was banged up dents and scratches. Beds were not comfortable tub was dirty there was only one wash cloth as I booked for 2 guests locked out of room before check out at 12p half the lighting behind the bed worked

They gave us a room with a broken lock so the door wouldn’t open with our key, they changed the lock did everything they could to try and “fix it” nothing worked they only offered to give us $75 credit since there was no more rooms available. they weren’t organized at all I had booked it days prior they should’ve had a room ready and available for when I got there, they kept saying they over booked like if that was our problem. we didn’t even get to use the credit and got a parking ticket due to the room situation taking over 1 hour. They didn’t know how to handle the situation at all
