This hotel made our vacation even better.
Pros:

I really loved the location—it was literally just steps away from a small beach—and I also appreciated the stylish room design. We were there for a short getaway to celebrate my mom's birthday, and the staff were kind enough to gift us a room with a lake view. A huge thank you to them for that—my mom was absolutely delighted!

Pros:

Excellent location. Staff very friendly. Rooms clean and tidy. Didnt use leisure facilities so can't comment.

Cons:

Could do with a little of a refurbishment in places. Missed having a kettle with tea and coffee like hotels in the UK.

I'd stay there again. Good value for a top-notch hotel. Really good location.
Pros:

Refrigerator in the room. Clean and quiet. Good location, especially if you're getting around on public transit. Good restaurants in the area

Cons:

The Wade did not respond to a Booking.com "special request" (can I drop my bag off earlier than check-in), and reaching them by phone took me through the usual AI-hell. But once I got through, they said "okay." No in-room coffee, and lobby coffee didn't start until about 6:00am. Temps were as high as 99°F during my stay, but can't blame The Wade for that! A/C was more than fine.

Pros:

Great location and great staff.

Cons:

This place was packed and other visitors were so rude. It was easy to see that the staff was overwhelmed.For example, my room requested towels several times and was told to call back. There were also issues with the towel running, the tub plug being broken, plus loose tiles.

I like the location it was nice.

Cons:

Well I didn’t like that the bartenders on 6/30/1968 around 1000 or 1100 while we was at the bar a couple came to the bar with their dog. And the bartenders allowed them to let their dog drink out of glasses on the bar. This was very disgusting to me for them to allow a dog to drink out of the glasses.

The hotel view was good, but the room was too noisy, so I don't want to go again.
Pros:

Like the lake view.
Staffs are friendly but didn’t solved the room issue.

Cons:

My room was right behind the elevator. It was so loud that I couldn't sleep. I asked to change it to the another room, but I didn't hear anything after.
