Fantastic location. Wonderful amenities. Staff were all incredibly friendly but overall a bit understaffed in the restaurant both at breakfast and in the evening. The room was comfortable and clean. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again.

Rude Staff, Dirty Rooms, No WIFI or DATA
Pros:

The hotel was located centrally, very close to navy pier and the river walk.

Cons:

THEY CHARGED MORE THAN THE BOOKING.COM PRICE!! The valet was very very rude, said "you come into my house and don't need help" when we told them we were just dropping bags off. WIFI did not work the ENTIRE stay and they gave us 2 nights comp, but I WFH so I lost more money than the comp due to the inability to work as I have a sensitive job that requires privacy. Rooms don't even have cell phone service. I tried to work in the business center but a jackhammer right above the room made that next to impossible. Room was nice, but dirty on the edges photos and did not match what we received, no window seat. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MARRIOTT LOCATION ESPECIALLY WITH STATUS (TITANIUM ELITE).

I loved the location. Was able to walk many places.

Cons:

I didn’t like having to pay for parking. If I I paid to stay at your facility you know I didn’t walk there so my ride should be included. That’s like paying to stay at your hotel and paying a separate fee for a bed.

Amazing location and helpful staff, beautiful views, could use some more upkeep on patio furniture and cleanliness.
Pros:

Good location, easy to drive to. They helped cancel the accidental double booking and upgraded us! Lovely desk staff.

Cons:

The balcony and pool area looked a bit run down and dirty. Empty cups stayed in the hallway for a good bit of time.
