Pros:

The design, location, and aesthetic of the property was nice. There is a nice bar and lounge area as well. I liked that there was security at the hotel all throughout the night. There was a view of the water and Navy Pier. The location was also very close to all the sightseeing activities. Everything was under a 10-15 minute ride. The airport is about 30 minutes from the hotel. Very lovely and kind housekeeping staff.

Cons:

In the room that we got, the bathroom door couldn’t open or close, you had to forcefully open and close it.
The cleanliness of the room could have been better. There was still dust on the mirror shelf and the bathroom shelf, and someone’s perfume bottle was left on the floor, under the desk. The ice bucket wasn’t clean, and there was a used cup coaster on the floor next to the bed. There was also no microwave or coffee/tea maker in the room, most channels on the tv didn’t work.

Pros:

Friendly staff. Great view and overall wonderful stay from Check in to check out

Cons:

That there was not a card tap reader or an easy way to enter a card number at check in. I couldn’t use my original payment method due to not having that option. With Apple Pay and the way you pay is changing. I’d recommend making a change to better accommodate your guest that want to pay without a physical card

Doesn’t live up to the price you pay
Pros:

It was close to the pier and to Michigan avenue

Cons:

When you purchase breakfast included, it’s only for 2 people. We had to wait over an hour past our check in time. The pool was shut down for a day without warning. And be prepared to spend 86 dollars a day to park your car.

we booked the hotel just for the indoor pool , the pool was like 10 degree my kids went in for 2 min in, parking is 33$ for 2 hours and like 90$ per overnight, room didnt even have a microwave.
