I went for a weekend getaway. I stayed in the bed most days, everything was fine up until I checked for cleanliness
Pros:

The location and the lobby

Cons:

The rooms aren’t up to date. Such as the tv, the bathroom or the interior overall. You would think luxury due to the area but it’s very low maintenance

The place is nice. There should be more communication available which did not happen.
Pros:

I requested a water view room, and was given a room on the 27th floor. The new of Lake shore drive and lake Michigan is beautiful.

Cons:

I emailed a few times after I made reservations a month before I arrived. There was no response from the hotel. I requested a visual fire alarm (good), closed captioned TV (did not work), and explained it is my birthday weekend.

Convenient location, but don't think I would look to stay here again.
Pros:

The location is great and right on Lakeshore Dr.

Cons:

The bathrooms seemed to be needing some attention and fixes. There needs to be a better designated smoking area, otherwise people are smoking right in the doorway and it's hard to avoid walking through clouds of cigarette or marijuana smoke.

最悪な一晩でした。
Pros:

一番良かったのは、朝食でした。
内容、味、スタッフのサービスもよかったです。

Cons:

部屋のベッドサイドの電気がつかなかったので、フロントに電話したのですが一切つながらず、一部真っ暗な状態ですごさなければいけなかったこと。建物全体に掃除が行き届いていなかったと思います。
