Cons:

An icon place, this hotel has been modernised enough to have all modern-day fixtures and amenities, simultaneously keeping the original spirit. Beautiful bar and restaurants accessed via a spacious patio. The staff are friendly and helpful!

peccato ... abbiamo dovuto allungare il soggiorno di una notte e abbiamo prenotato e pagato tramite booking. La mattina dell'ultimo giorno, dalla reception ci comunicano che se volevamo rimanere un altra notte, dovevamo pagare con carta di credito perché il pagamento da booking non gli era arrivato. Rientrati in Italia, dopo qualche giorno, ci arriva l'addebito da parte di booking su carta di credito della notte da noi pagata direttamente in hotel. Noi chiediamo il rimborso a booking e booking ci dice di richiederlo direttamente alla struttura. Chiesto più e più volte non ci hanno mai risposto né per mail né al telefono. conclusione. non sono mai stati restituiti i soldi in più da noi pagati né ci hanno mai risposto alle nostre innumerevoli mail e telefonate.

Decepcionante reservar a través de Booking. Y en el hotel no me hicieron ni caso cuando llamé

Lo conocía desde hacia tiempo y he estado muchas veces

Cons:

Necesitaba dos habitaciones individuales y una doble. En Booking me engañaron diciéndome que no había dobles, y eso que reservé dos meses antes. Tuve que reservar 4 individuales. Me puse en contacto con el hotel y me remitieron a Booking para arreglarlo. No me hicieron ni caso. No volveré a ese hotel, ni a reservar con Booking

Le personnel de service dans les restaurants était très efficace et courtois.
La chambre était grande, confortable et très propre.

Cons:

Le bruit de la construction en cours au niveau du jardin durait assez tard (7pm), ce qui était désagréable.

I enjoyed stepping into the romantic past if Tangier at this hotel

Les installations sont très vieillotes et sombres .
Le spa paraît dater des annes 80 et mériterais un sérieux rafraîchissement.
