A classic hotel with people who seem to enjoy their jobs.
Pros:

Registration and check out were great. The man at the desk (I unfortunately did not get his name)was a terrific host. Also the woman answering the phone and the other woman at reception were friendly and helpful. And the tall doorman in traditional wear was wonderful.
Location for visiting the Medina and Kasbha - perfect.

Cons:

There wasn't anything I thought needed to be improved.

Breakfast: much appreciated the personal attention nd help of Ms Idriss
Bar Restaurant: again great attention of the lady in charge. Excellent Chicken Curry, ordered 2 times.
Frontoffice: Mr Mohamed is TOP
Upgrade for second stay of 3 nights (room 247)

Cons:

English of restaurant staff is substandart. Management should invest in english tutoring
Refrigerator in room was empty, which is ok for a 2 or 3 star property, but not for 5 stars.
