Oasis of calm
Pros:

Interesting historic building with beautiful rooms.Quiet very comfortable bedroom. Attentive, friendly helpful staff. Extensive choice of food at evening buffet and breakfast.Nice spa including a very warm indoor pool iwith many relaxing spray jets. El Minzah is an oasis of calm in the middle of the city with great views from the dining conservatory and garden. Sorry we could only stay one night.

De beaux atouts mais des prix beaucoup trop élevés pour cet hôtel vieillissant
Pros:

Grande chambre bien chauffée, magnifique vue sur la mer et le port de Tanger au petit déjeuner, oasis de tranquillité dans l'agitation du centre ville. Salle de sport très bien équipée avec belle vue.Salle bar télé très agréable.

Cons:

Tarifs beaucoup trop élevés au regard des prestations. Petit déjeuner très moyen, pas de pancake chaudes ou d omelettes à la demande par exemple. Pains secs. Un amas de sacs de terre autour de la piscine et un spa très vieillot et payant.

Hotelli oli tosi hyvä ja henkilökunta erinomaista. Kaikilla hymy huulilla ja avuliaisuus loistoluokkaa. Sijainti oli meidän minilomalle oikein hyvä, kun keskellä kaikkea. Oli helppo liikkua.

Cons:

Sänky oli minulle liian kova ja yksi lämminruoka astia ei lämmennyt esim. illalisen moussaka ja aamupalan munakas olivat kylmiä.

Todo me agradó, la ubicación fantástica en pleno centro. La decoración del lugar. La piscina temperada y gimnasio de maravillas. La cena buffet deliciosa y variada. El personal de recepción, también ele lo del restaurante del sector piscina muy especialmente, de trato amable, gentil y servicial, se pasaron de buenos 10/10

Hay dos formas dd llegar, pero por favor, no uses la otra calle cercana, solo toma la calle Rue de la Liberté…

peccato ... abbiamo dovuto allungare il soggiorno di una notte e abbiamo prenotato e pagato tramite booking. La mattina dell'ultimo giorno, dalla reception ci comunicano che se volevamo rimanere un altra notte, dovevamo pagare con carta di credito perché il pagamento da booking non gli era arrivato. Rientrati in Italia, dopo qualche giorno, ci arriva l'addebito da parte di booking su carta di credito della notte da noi pagata direttamente in hotel. Noi chiediamo il rimborso a booking e booking ci dice di richiederlo direttamente alla struttura. Chiesto più e più volte non ci hanno mai risposto né per mail né al telefono. conclusione. non sono mai stati restituiti i soldi in più da noi pagati né ci hanno mai risposto alle nostre innumerevoli mail e telefonate.

An icon place, this hotel has been modernised enough to have all modern-day fixtures and amenities, simultaneously keeping the original spirit. Beautiful bar and restaurants accessed via a spacious patio. The staff are friendly and helpful!
