Perfect location, great value for money!
Pros:

Location perfect, only 10 minutes from downtown Nashville (aeound $6 in an Uber or you can get the hotel's shuttle). Staff great, especially receptionist Free, she is such an asset to the hotel! Free breakfast at the weekends includes hot items like sausage, eggs and bacon but midweek its just continental (waffle maker, bagels, toast, cereal, yoghurt and fruit, pastries). Always plentiful. Good coffee, tea and fruit juice options. Both fresh milks and creamers. Plenty of tables, overlooking gardens. Hotel Room was huge. Excellent comfortable bed. Plenty bedding and pillows. Comfy small sofa seat with coffee table by the window. Desk with chair. Microwave and coffee maker plus fridge (fridge has seen better days though). Carpet clean. Bedside units with plugs to charge phone and lamps. Sink/basin unit has a great mirror. Shower powerful and hot. Free shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, hand wash and soap. Nice towels. Ironing board and iron works great. Hairdryer good. No safety deposit box in rooms so you'd have to use the one at reception if you had valuables you didn't want to carry with you. Little store in the lobby selling gifts and snacks/drinks. Free wifi throughout the hotel is great. TV in room has plenty of channels. Great view from my hotel room across downtown Nashville skyline. I would stay here again! Veey good value for money! Felt safe as a solo female traveller.

Ótima localização e transfer, mas peca gravemente no café da manhã e na estrutura

O hotel possui uma localização ótima e oferece um serviço de transfer muito prático, o que é um ponto positivo. No entanto, deixa muito a desejar em itens de alta necessidade para qualquer hóspede, como as tomadas e o café da manhã.
No quarto, as tomadas são velhas e dependem de extensões. Hoje em dia, é fundamental que a estrutura seja atualizada com tomadas novas e, principalmente, entradas USB para carregar os aparelhos com facilidade.


O ponto mais crítico foi o descaso no café da manhã. Nos primeiros dias, as garrafas de café e o ficavam vazios, com uma variedade de produtos extremamente fraca.

Porém, bastou começar um congresso e o hotel encher para que o serviço mudasse completamente. Rapidamente organizaram tudo e passaram a servir ovos mexidos, frutas e cereais.

Essa mudança repentina foi uma total falta de consideração. Mostra que o hotel tem capacidade de oferecer um serviço decente, mas escolhe negligenciar quem se hospeda fora dos grandes eventos.

Excellent value for money with fab shuttle to Broadway!
Pros:

Free shuttle to and from Broadway/downtown Nashville. Great energy. Fantastic staff. Amazing overall decor and elevator. Plentiful parking. Great breakfast! Clean and tidy.

Cons:

It was a bit dated with the sink/basin in the bedroom rather than in the bathroom.
