The Bast Hotel
Pros:

I had an awful experience.

Cons:

The room wasn't up to date. The customer service was a I don't care about what you may need and didn't try to make you feel comfortable except one agent. Staff children were sleeping behind the counter on plain site. The breakfast choices of meat were terrible. I could go on and on, but I would run out of space. I am very frustrated with this hotel.

Great location and friendly staff makes this a good choice.
Pros:

Excellent location, nice room, decent breakfast. Free parking and a very nice staff.

Cons:

The carpet in the hallway on my floor either needs to be thoroughly cleaned or totally replaced. It gives a very poor impression to see a carpet that is very dirty. Not good.

It seems owners have no interest in maintaining the building.
Pros:

I tried to leave a review and it was removed... wow! This place was filthy! When I reported the cockroaches in the gym, the staff weren't surprised. They complained about their own owners and lack of maintenance. Stay away is all I can say.

Close enough to downtown/provided driving service

Cons:

Overall, poorly cleaned and maintained, outdated facility. Pipe/drain issues. Room electronics didnt work properly. Didn't handle a major water emergency efficiently nor adequately and I was not accommodated appropriately. Added a $50 charge at check-in I wasn't aware of.
