Pros:

Robert 'The Chef' did an exceptional job with the breakfast layout. Nice friendly staff. Paying for parking was a drag.

Pros:

The location is nice. You have to have a code to get in. The staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms are very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. It's very peaceful there. Some of my concerns I expressed during checkout. The staff responded in a positive manner.

Cons:

The property is very outdated. It needs an upgrade badly! I can be a little bit cleaner. The kitchen sink, microwave, and outside of the fridge was dirty. The TV was on top of a table. It was very easy to knock over. The lights on each side of the bed looked like motion detector lights. The water pressure was extremely low. The water also took forever to get hot. The room had a slight smoke smell upon entering. There was no iron in the room either. I had to call the front desk for one. The beeping noise constantly was the dishwasher. I finally got it to cut off.

Property needs help
Pros:

Old property for sure. Needs the hotel version of Restaurant Impossible or Bar Rescue.

Get an upgrade of the entire property!

Gave us room with AC that didn’t work. To their credit they moved to to another that did work.

Water on sink low pressure. Water damage all over ceiling. No soap in bathroom. Had to use body wash dispenser in tub.

Fitness center had 2 old ellipticals and 1 treadmill. Not well kept. Water dispenser not working in gym.

They had an outdoor pool. Breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage and waffles.

Near airport.

Will look to stay at another location next time.

Pros:

The room itself had good space and the value was good for the price. The breakfast was good as well, especially the spinach quiche.

Cons:

The room wasn’t the cleanest. Counter tops weren’t wiped down so coffee residue remained and leftover towels remained hung up in the bathroom from previous guests.

The staff was kind.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and the room had a kitchen. Full size refrig, stove and dishwasher.

Cons:

Stained old carpet, clogged tub (water wasnt draining) sofe bed was so bad..The springs in mattress were sticking out and had stains on it.
