素晴らしいホテルでした
Pros:

一流ホテルだけあって、全てのサービスがいき届いており何一つ不満はなかった。
小さな子供連れだったが、負担になる事もなかった。
ロケーションは特に素晴らしく、子供達も喜んでいて満足だった。
また、行きたいと思えるホテルでした。

Exceptional service, perfect location, and one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in Beppu.
Pros:

The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. Niina and Goto at the welcome desk were genuinely warm, attentive, and made check-in feel effortless. Akaki went above and beyond, personally coordinating restaurant and onsen reservations for me throughout my stay — which made a big difference on a busy itinerary. The room was spotless, the amenities were top-tier, and the location was perfect for accessing the rest of Beppu.

Vielleicht das beste Hotel in Japan, aber etwas hellhörig und das Restaurant verdient eine Aufwertung.
Pros:

Ausgezeichnet, das Hotel ist spitze, die Ausstattung sehr, sehr hochwertig. Sehr, dass der Pool auch im Herbst geöffnet hat.

Cons:

Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, weil unser Zimmer von lauten Geräuschen vom oberen Stockwerk geplagt war. Außerdem könnte das Frühstücksbuffet wertig und abwechslungsreicher sein.
