Due to transportation issues attempted to adjust arrival dates Expedia and the hotel totally uncooperative would not honour previous booked rates followed both Expedia and hotel directions. Would not use again
We loved our stay at Leonardo, will likely never stay anywhere else in Belfast.
Pros: Location was not just good, it was perfect, walking distance to main transit hub at city hall, train and bus station. Biggest room we had in Europe. Good price. Reservation said it was a double bed, but I believe it was a queen and quite comfortable. Bathroom was a good size. Shower was good. Bath products offered were good. Breakfast was one of the best hotel ones I have seen (quality and number of options). Blackout curtains were very dark.
The only con was the room was quite warm and we could only open the window a crack.
Staff at check in (had really cool glasses) was amazing, compared to the other Leonardo’s the breakfast wasn’t as good, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Great location, close to all the shops and restaurants.
The hotel was in a good location. The staff were friendly and the self served breakfast was good.
Bedroom was very comfortable with a lovely large bed. Lovely coffee machine and tea tray. Room had good blackout blinds and air conditioning. We were on the 5th floor and it was very quiet. Would stay here again.
No housekeeping for 3 days.
Convenient to locations I was interested in
Car park behind hotel central location, Greggs, Tesco and bars in easy walking distance 3 streets from town hall
Very clean, modern and convenient to the bus station and city centre Belfast.
There were 2 of us in the room & we got one hand towel & one bath towel!
Very comfortable stay. Very close to the city centre!
Great location, felt that I was in the City, great staff who showed true grace, as their booking software had a SNAFU.
Nothing extra - breakfast was just ok
Nice hotel, central. Staff very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Bathroom door didn’t close properly and fan didn’t work. Breakfast nice but serving area a bit tired with drink dispensers needing replaced. Not enough serving tongs, which didn’t help for vegetarians.
Room was cold, turned up on radiator but didnt heat up. Room was clean. Close to shops
The hotel staff was wonderful, and easy to approach. The rooms where clean and well cared for. I also really appreciated how close the hotel is to the train station. I would recommend this hotel!
Hotel was close to city centre, tour pick ups, and grand central station.
Great value in a great location
Busy area. Hotel was a bit hard to find. Parking nearby but not at hotel. Was about $25 to park 1 night. Otherwise hotel was great. Breakfast was good.
