Great experience from the moment we walked through the doors. After checking in, we were greeted by the wonderful and enthusiastic Erin with HGV who was extremely helpful. Erin offered her expertise as a true Chicagoan on restaurants, site-seeing, and the many things Chicago has to offer. The rooms were clean and this historic property is worth the stay! Our conference went well. Everyone from sales, Encore, and the banquet team were all above par and went above and beyond to ensure the success of our event. 10/10 would certainly do it again!
I was here for a conference and loved it! My room was beautiful. Also Eddie Joseph took care of the food for our events and did an amazing job. The food was great. The presentation was beautiful. The service was top tier. Thank you, Eddie!!!
It's a beautiful hotel. Full of history.
It's huge and there are SO many people staying at once. The parking fee is nuts. The price for the hotel is outrageous. The food is expensive downstairs. Price gouging at it's finest.
My stay was excellent and I was most comfortable during the my entire trip thanks to the hotels amenities and accommodations. I would like to especially call attention to your staff member, Shaq’s , hospitality who was professional , patient and so attentive! Brought my son to chicago for the first time for his thirteenth birthday.And we came immediately across Rufus the bellmen guy top top notch phenomenal amazing customer service very well, knowledge about the city.And everything it has to offer came across Troy, from the grand hilton's vacation. Phenomenal amazing so nice knowledgeable. Also I don't remember her name, but she has a cherry color color hair at the front desk on the hilton's honor side priority.She's phenomenal as well, gonna pause just to get her name the one and only Sam she's at the front desk, and I must say, all the employees that I encounter was top notch and phenomenal. Every day, me and my son said that Rufus almost made us toothless. With all the food ideas he gave us so shout out to rufus
Such a classic hotel. Everyone was so sweet from the moment you walked in the door and everything was prefect for our 2-night stay. Big shout out to Mohammed in the grab n go section, He provided the best customer service! Hana was also amazing and made the best starbucks coffee! Thanks for a wonderful stay and we can’t wait to be back!

I chose Hilton Chicago because it is a historic building and has a magnificent view on the millennium park.
Location was great and the architecture was fantastic. We stayed for 2 nights.
The rooms are large.
The bathroom is small, and there is no amenities.
The room is covered with a dark carpet. Not sure how clean this is.
We can slightly open the windows for ventilation.
The rooms need renovation, but that is part of the cons of staying in a historical building.
2 nights was just right.
