Excellent except $727 a night and never seeing housekeeping
Pros:

Perfect location, a few steps from the marathon start and finish. If I ever run the marathon again this hotel will be my first choice.

Cons:

At over $720 PER NIGHT (ok it was marathon weekend) I expected housekeeping. I stayed 3 nights and housekeeping did not make my room up even once! I had to visit the front desk to get a coffee top up.

Good location. Busy older style Hilton hotel. Parking available on site
Pros:

Good location close to the main streets. A big hotel so lots of room along with a car park which is very useful in a city like Chicago.

Cons:

Cost of parking was very expensive. Very few staff at reception both when I arrived to check in and also when I checked out which meant the process took longer than expected. The room was small with little daylight. The breakfast was of a poor standard and very expensive.

Minha experiência no Hilton Chicago foi realmente excelente. Além de estar em uma localização privilegiada, o hotel carrega toda a tradição de um verdadeiro clássico da cidade — são mais de 100 anos de história — e, ainda assim, mantém uma estrutura muito bem conservada e atual. Quarto excelente, cama confortável e café da manhã bem servido. No fim, é aquele tipo de hotel que combina história, tradição e uma estrutura completa, mas, acima de tudo, transmite uma sensação muito agradável de cuidado e conforto durante toda a estadia.

Cons:

Peça seu quarto com vista para o parque. Na parte de trás do Hotel passa a linha do trem e o ruído pode incomodar.
