Four Seasons Chicago

The Four Seasons Chicago continues to impress us as one of the finest hotels in our experience. Friendly, comfortable, reliable, luxurious and a home away from home, with extras!

There is NO where else I would stay in Chicago. This hotel is perfect in every way. The rooms are so comfortable with comfortable, quiet beds, phenomenal views of the city and exceptional customer services in every areas of the hotel from room service, valet, concierge, spa and restaurants inside the hotel. The concierge team led by the exceptional Kristen Klus is absolutely incredible. She makes you feel right at home with so many little extra special touches. She goes above and beyond for ANY thing you need without hesitation. She booked our trip for our 20th anniversary and upon arrival we had zero proof champagne for my husband and I who are sober along with hand dipped chocolate covered strawberries that were perfection. She helped us with each detail and whenever my family and I stay in this magnificent city she has helped craft the perfect experience. She really pays attention and always goes the extra mile. Another person I have to mention is Megan Dutton. She is in the spa and always greets you with a warm welcome whether you're booking a massage or just running in the fitness center for a workout. Her calm presence matches the environment and gives you that zen, cared for feeling every time.

I had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons for a recent business trip. I am vegan and they were able to accommodate my dining preferences. My room was clean and comfortable and the staff was outstanding. They consideration and personal touches make me want to go back when it's warmer :) I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Chicago. Kristen Klus did an amazing job welcoming us and immediately made us feel at home. Mars was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond by taking us to dinner, which was such a thoughtful touch.

The rooms were great—comfortable, clean, and well-appointed—and the service throughout our stay was truly outstanding. We’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

We had an absolutely amazing experience with our family of 5 adults and 4 children (ages 6-8). The accommodations were excellent and the children had the experiences of a pool, a glowing tent and a snowball light display. The concierge Kristen Klus was extraordinary! I would highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing experience! The room was clean and beautiful with an unbeatable view of the lake. Staying right on the mag mile offered us tons of shopping and entertainment options. The concierge team was unbeatable and Kristen was especially exceptional! She helped us plan an awesome weekend and her knowledge of the city is unmatched! She helped us keep the kids entertained and directed us to a great nearby lunch spot that we are all still talking about! Our kids had a blast at the beautiful pool and the spa is wonderfully relaxing for adults. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a great place in the heart of the city!

This property is the best of the best.
The staff is incredibly attentive, the hotel itself is beautiful and every time we stay there we are always amazed at how wonderful it is.
Located on the Mag Mile just steps from the lake, the location does not disappoint.
But the staff is the real treasure here.
I highly recommend anyone traveling to Chicago to visit this property!

This is my go to place in Chicago. The vibe is perfect, staff is friendly and professional and the overall experience at this hotel is really something special.

This was my 2nd stay at The Four Season Hotel, Chicago. I chose this hotel first because of the location last month. Everybody there was fantastic and helpful that I decided to stay there again. It was just as fantastic. Because it was so cold we just stayed in the hotel. Everyone was so helpful! The room was so comfortable with great linens and plenty of pillows. I will always choose this hotel when staying in Chicago!

We stayed in the hotel from just after Christmas through to 4th January 2026.
I travelled with my partner and 6 year old son.
I can honestly say that this is the best hotel that I've stayed in.
Before I even arrived, i was in contact with the hotel concierge Kyle who was extremely helpful with helping us to book restaurants.
Kristen who is the chief concierge and Guest Relations manager was also in touch and was so incredibly helpful with great recommendations and offering to book restaurants for us, as we were finding it difficult to get in contact with some of the restaurants.
We were excited to arrive and our pre experience of the hotel was already incredible.
When we arrived, the staff could not have been nicer and more professional, from check in to departure, we were so well looked after.
The small touches, such as treats left in our room, a snow ball surprise for our son in our room were really appreciated.
The rooms were fabulous, the spa, the bar, the restaurant, all were amazing and all staff super friendly and attentive.
If ever I had a question with the concierge team there, they were ever so helpful.
The hotel is on a fabulous location, right on magnificent mile.
Let me please give a special mention to Kristen.
There was a small issue with our luggage when being stored upon arrival, a slight bit of damage was done.
Kristen emailed to ask to meet me.
When we met her, she was so apologetic about what had happened and gave us a really generous gift during our stay which we are so grateful for, she would also stop by to take the time to talk to us when dining in the hotel, Kristen is a truly wonderful amd friendly person and the Four Seasons are lucky to have her.
All in all, we loved it from the rooms, to the food, the location the cleanliness of the hotel, the spa and pool, the drinks.
We have nothing even slightly negative to say.

As someone who regularly stays in 5 star hotels, the Four Seasons and this hotel in particular has won us over, we cannot wait to visit the hotel again.
We are just looking for our next excuse to come back :-)

The Four Seasons Chicago is top tier. We hosted a large event there and it went off without a hitch. Flawless execution, impeccable service, to over the top details and delights. Grateful! Memorable! It was the perfect location and experience.

This property is in an amazing location. From start to finish the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, engaging and professional. Checkin was seamless. The room was in perfect condition and housekeeping was great. I feel valued and am treated well. In sum, it’s a great experience and property.

Just had another fantastic experience at the Four Seasons Chicago. Travelled with my teenage daughter and the team welcomed her with such warmth it was so special. Kristen met us out front and took a pic to get things started. We were greeted by Melissa at check in and she was so wonderful as she greeted my daughter by name (as did Kristen) and could not have been more gracious. Melissa walked us to the elevator and really did such a wonderful job as it was the first time my daughter has stayed at the property. We were greeted in the upgraded room by the kindest and warmest note from Wilbur Diaz. He really personalized things and made my daughter feel so welcomed with his words. I thank you from my heart! He placed all kinds of treats in the room and she certainly enjoyed all of them. The room was just perfect! He also was texting to make sure we were all set and came out to meet my daughter as well. This type of attention to detail solidifies my loyalty! This was such a warm gesture of kindness on their behalf. It was nice to see Mason and Karen (concierge) along with the whole team. Everyone at this hotel is looking to make sure we are happy and always looking to help out. The guys out front were always so pleasant and greeted us by name. Housekeeping was tops as the order in which they keep the room is impeccable. The team at the spa was also so welcoming and so nice to see Lisa along with the entire team. The gym renovation is really well done and the equipment is a big upgrade. The entire stay could not have been better and I look forward to my next visit to Chicago as this team is such a wonderful group of people! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!

Another wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Chicago. The staff here are truly hospitable and caring. This year we tried the ice cream cart service where they bring an ice cream cart outside your room and make you an ice cream with your choice of toppings. It was great! Room service breakfast was another highlight. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Had a staycation at Four Seasons Chicago with some friends and had a wonderful experience. The pool and spa are newly refreshed and lovely. The front desk gave my child a Four Seasons stuffed animal when we were checking out - super nice touch. And free coffee in the lobby and spa! Love it.

I recently visited the Four Seasons Chicago for a girls’ weekend, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtful, every moment felt pampering, and it honestly exceeded every expectation we had.
Our room was impeccable, beautifully designed, spotless, and unbelievably comfortable. The service throughout our stay was unmatched. From check-in to room service to every staff interaction in between, everyone was warm, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay special.
We enjoyed time at the pool and spa area, which were luxurious, serene, and extremely clean. We even fit in a workout, and the fitness center was fantastic, well-equipped with great touches like electrolyte water and everything you’d want for a refreshing session.
A special mention goes to Laura, the Commercial Director, who personally greeted us and made us feel so welcome. Her warmth and hospitality set the tone for our entire stay.
Every detail, from room service to the amazing turn-down service, made us feel cared for and completely indulged. It’s truly the best luxury hotel experience and worth every single penny.

I absolutely love staying at the Four Seasons Chicago—it truly feels like my home away from home. I travel from Vermont to Chicago over 12 times a year, often as a solo female traveler, and this hotel consistently makes me feel welcomed, safe, and completely taken care of.
From the moment I arrive, the experience is seamless. The staff recognizes me, knows my name, and often has my keys ready curbside for check-in. I always receive the same room category I request, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail and commitment to consistency. There’s something incredibly reassuring and cozy about walking into a large city hotel and having total confidence that everything is handled.
The service goes above and beyond in ways that truly matter. For example, I can call the front desk to pre-order lunch, and it’s prepared and waiting for me—served promptly upon my arrival. Anything I need, I know they will genuinely do their best to accommodate.
The staff is warm, smiley, and genuinely positive, which makes every stay a pleasure. As a frequent five-star traveler around the globe—and especially in Chicago—there is simply no other hotel I would choose to stay at. The Four Seasons Chicago sets the standard, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This is my favorite hotel in Chicago -- not only are the rooms/views beautiful and the location ideal, but the staff is perfect. Everyone on the team is helpful, professional and eager to make my stay as wonderful as possible. Special shoutout to Kristen and Christopher, who really went above and beyond. I can almost always find something to improve upon, but FS Chicago is {chef's kiss} perfect.
