Faktiskt det kvalitetsmässigt sämsta hotellrum jag besökt under oerhört många år och då har jag yrkesmässigt genom mina företag övernattat på hotell mycket frekvent!

Very helpful and friendly staff, making me feel at home.
Pros:

I have to catch an early flight before the breakfast room is open. The staff noticed it and invited me to have breakfast while they were still setting it up.
