Important information:

Please note that the same credit card used for payment of prepaid reservations need to be presented upon check-in. The pool area including swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna is availabe for an additional charge. The on-site health center offers guests possibilities for relaxation and exercise, free of charge.

Please note that the property does not accept cash payments.

Only one pet per room is allowed.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we can currently only accommodate 10 people per available spot for 45 minutes in the pool and jacuzzi. This means that depending on occupancy, you may or may not be able to book an appointment for the pool. Time slots are available first come, first served and can only be booked during check-in time or after you have access to your room. All bookings for the pool / spa area are currently subject to availability.

The on-site health center offers guests possibilities for relaxation and exercise, free of charge. Please note that the pool area will be closed due to renovation during the period 21st of November 2022 until 1st of February 2023Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location, best breakfast i have had at a hotel

Cons:

Pool was not in use but they did offer us to use the sauna free of charge due to this, which made up for it

excellent séjour dans un très bel hôtel en pleine centre ville de Stockholm
Pros:

L'emplacement est remarquable pour la visite du centre ville de Stockholm. De plus, l'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la gare, ce qui est très pratique avec un bus direct depuis l'aéroport d'Arlanda et le départ des grandes lignes vers la Laponie.

Ett hotell vi har bott på flera ggr och vi trivs här.
Pros:

Att let ligger så nära Centralstationen! Att personalen är så trevlig.

Teven krånglade (stängde av sig hela tiden).

Location was great. Breakfast very good too. Beds very comfortable

Cons:

Pool wasn’t open / had a problem, so we were disappointed we couldn’t swim.
Also, hotel patrons should not have to pay to use the pool (when open!)

Yine Stockholm’e gitsem bu tesisi tercih ederim
Pros:

Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Konumu merkeziydi, ana istasyonun da dibindeydi. Oda çok güzel ve sıcaktı, hiç üşümedik. Banyo ve çarşaflar çok temizdi.
