Booked a better hotel so I could swim and use the sauna etc.. THEY WERE CLOSED !!! told at Check in !

Pros:

Posizione eccellente vicino alla stazione dei treni e della metro e a tutte le principali attrazioni della città. A piedi si raggiunge cmq tutto benissimo.
Hotel moderno e dotato di tutti i comfort. Stanza piccola ma con tutto il necessario. Silenzioso nonostante la stazione vicina. Colazione ottima. Sicuramente torneremo in questo hotel per una prossima vacanza a Stoccolma.

Cons:

La colazione era per lo più salata. Aggiungerei qualcosa di dolce per i turisti che come noi prediligono questo tipo di colazione. Ma cmq era lo stesso ottima.

Booking-sajtens brister ledde till stor besvikelse.
Cons:

Problemet är att på Booking-sajten framgick det ej att poolen var stängd, och bekräftelsemeddelanden påtalade felaktigt underhåll med avslutningsdatum före vistelsen. Jag har dubbel- och trippelkollat vilken information som framgick såväl vid sökning som bokning. På hotellets egen sajt framgick det, men i samband med sökning och bokning via Booking fick jag ingen varning alls. Detta var dubbelt bittert just därför att tillgång till pool och spa var anledningen till att jag valde hotellet.

Otelin konunu cok merkezi ve tam sehir merkezinde . Biz hic metroya binmedik, her yere yurume mesafesinde. Resepsiyon çalışanları güler yuzlu yardimsever ancak herkes her konuda esit derecede bilgi sahibi degill . Odamdaki klimanin nasil kapatilacagini sordum. Resepsiyondaki gece girevlisi bilmedigini ve bir calisan gonderecegini soyledi. Teknik servisten biri geldi ve klimanin merkezi sistemle calistigini ve derecesinin düşürülemeyeceğini soyledi. Grip oldugumu , ilac kullandigimi soyledim, yapabilecegimiz bir sey yok dedi. Daha sonra resepsiyondan Anna geldi ve bei yeni ve premium bir odaya tasinmama yardimci oldu ancak ogrendik ki klimalara manuel olarak mudehale ediliyormus. Ancak teknik servis bunu bilmiyormus. Hasta hasta oda degistirirken bir magdur oldum. Ancak iki gun ucretsiz sabah kahvaltisi hakki vererek ben ve arkadssima cok guzel ve zengin icerikli acik bufe kahvalti ihram ettiler. Bundan dolayi Hanna ve Erik’e tesekkur ederim. Keske bunlar hic yasanmasiydi ama daha sonra telafi ettikleri icin tesekkur ederim.

Bardzo przyjemny w super lokalizacji.
Pros:

Śniadania pyszne i urozmaicone. Każdy mógł wybrać coś dla siebie. Bardzo dobry wybór pieczywa, dodatków, dań na ciepło.

Cons:

Zapach - po południu po wejściu do hotelu czuć było wyłącznie rybę.
