Regretful, my car was hit in the parking lot, I will never stay at that hotel again.

Nothing. Extremely poorly located and with terrible customer service.

Cons:

Terrible location, it's in an extremely remote area, you can only get there or leave by Uber or elevator. I was deceived, they said parking was free, a lie, it's charged, and they even hit my car, broke my headlight in the parking lot and the hotel didn't take responsibility. Think carefully before staying at this hotel, there are much better hotels much closer to Broadway.

Oferece Shuttle para Downtown; e confortavel e o atendimento e muito rapido!

Cons:

Por causa da localizacao, deve-se, quase sempre, algum transporte para chegar a outros pontos,.O shuttle bus tambem podia ser oferecido para o aerporto e o restaurante/bar do hotel podia estar aberto desde cedo.

Clean and neat, but unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again.
Pros:

Very clean, spacious lobby, wonderful smell.

Cons:

Bed was horribly stiff! Shower head was extremely weak and water only lukewarm.

Paying for parking each day of our stay, after the hotel fee $25/ day for parking was not necessary we felt being a guest and already paying for our room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

You have to pay to park in their parking lot! It is $25 a night to have your car in their lot.
Also the AC unit would not kick on. It was so hot. The bed was also very hard and stiff. If you like the big fluffy beds you normally get at hotels, this one is not for you.

Cons:

The way the room stunk like smoke when the room next door was clearly smoking in their bathroom. The room was incredibly noisey, could hear every work spoken and activities being carried out next door. Location was terrible, staff were unhelpful.

Nice place to stay to be fair bit noisy but it’s a busy city
Pros:

Clean and comfortable shuttle to Downtown very convenient and parking rate was reasonable to be far compared to others
breakfast was very good and staff here were excellent each morning

Cons:

No restaurant on site as such and food was limited from bar
