Best stay of our 7 day vacation.
Pros:

It had a shuttle to downtown with a caring courteous driver. The staff was spectacular and their breakfast was amazing. We stayed at the end of our 7 day vacation and ate with plastic utensils all week but they had dishes with flatware which was a big plus. The food was great and not the same rubber eggs and sausage.

Cons:

A little noisy in the morning as it’s is on a well travelled street. One elevator was not working. (Not a big deal). It had paid parking at $25 plus tax per night 3rd party.

Great hotel just outside the hustle and bustle of Broadway
Pros:

It’s a great hotel just outside the hustle and bustle of Broadway. It’s also great if you have a car as there is self service parking available. Room was very spacious for three of us travelling.

Pros:

The staff was amazing! Deserve raises. Great location and the shuttle saved tons in parking garage charges. Clean beds and bathrooms.

Cons:

The bed. 2 nights and woke up with a sore back twice. Had a drip from room upstairs over the AC unit. You could see the damage. We ran out of hot water both days. Last day an elevator broke and had 1 working elevator for entire hotel on a Saturday. And charged $25/day to park in a lot with lots of extra space.

Shuttle service to town was nice. But would have been nice if it had alternative options for drop off.

Cons:

Parking fee too high
Room had a leaking window & wet carpet
No housekeeping services the four days we stayed even after saying something the night of day 2.
Food hours only available until 9:30 AM and not until 5 PM. Even happy hour prices high. Quality of food poor. No where close by to walk to.
Extra blankets would have been nice.

Cons:

The conditioner in our shower was junked up and squirted all over the wall instead of my hand. One Bed base needs maintenance , glad we had two beds. And the ice machine on 8th floor wasn’t working.
Also was told by front desk clerk at check in the parking was 25 dollars a night. I asked if there was a way to actually get that price like with a validation code or a room number she said no . We paid 90 dollars for two nights to park. However a couple behind us asked if a friend can park there and the same staff member replied “yes and if they end up paying more than you have them put your room number so they get the same rate”. Really?! I’m paying to stay in your hotel and get jacked with parking fees but someone who isn’t paying to stay here your staff will help with a cheaper parking rate… Ridiculous!!!

For one night stay was good for what we needed.
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, free shuttle downtown.

Cons:

Wish it was in a brighter area since only a mile from downtown but not very walkable at night and shuttle ends at 8:30.

Great place to stay
Pros:

All of the staff were very friendly. It was very clean and I loved the location. I love that it is close by the interstate, downtown, and Titans football stadium.but not in a noisy area. They also had security for the parking lot. However, the location is not in a bad location. The happy hour at the bar is great. Awesome bartender, I think his name was Justin. The food at the bar was good. I left before breakfast, but Im sure if the bar food was good, then breakfast would match it.

Cons:

I dont think you should charge for breakfast or for parking security on facility grounds.

One of the worst hotel stays ever.
Pros:

Close to downtown with easy freeway access.

Cons:

Desk staff was not friendly. Was expecting free parking based on booking.com. Shuttle to downtown stopped running at 8:30pm in a party town. Beds were hard and shower was cold.
