Pros:

The location of the hotel was good as it was not far from the airport and downtown. They also offered a shuttle service downtown. The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast was also of good value

Breakfast was buffet style. The hot food was hot and plentiful. Everything was great.
Rovina was on top of her game.

Shasta, who worked the bar, was awesome. Drinks made to perfection with a little wit.

We stay there every time we come to Nashville, at least 5 times, but will never stay there again

Our30th Class Reunion weekend at the Holiday Inn this past weekend. The entire staff went above and beyond to make our group feel welcome and accommodated throughout the weekend.

One of the highlights was the hotel's willingness to host our meet-and-greet event, which brought together more than 50 classmates. The space was perfect, and the staff ensured everything ran smoothly and inviting atmosphere for everyone to reconnect and enjoy the evening.

The shuttle was a big plus for us due to a lot of classmates flew in for the weekend. Even did back to back trips to get all of us downtown.

The front desk staff was outstanding—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. Their hospitality set the tone for a wonderful weekend.

The bar staff was equally impressive, providing excellent service. Each morning, the breakfast staff greeted us with kindness and enthusiasm. They kept everything well-stocked, fresh, and organized. They really accommodated us and we are very grateful.

The Holiday Inn played a major role in the success of our reunion weekend. Their commitment to customer service and hospitality exceeded our expectations, and we are grateful for everything they did to make our event memorable.
