Best view and location in the city. Amazing staff.
Pros:

The location was great. Middle of the city. We were there for a concert at Soldier field. It was less than a mile walk to that. And so close to shopping and restaurants. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had the BEST espresso martini at the hotel bar. We had an amazing view of the canal and Lake Michigan and Navy pier.

Nothing.

Cons:

Horrible when it comes to charges! They charge you for everything and don’t even make you aware of it… in short I prepaid my room, still got charged multiple times!

The location was good

Cons:

There was no pool breakfast was expensive no microwave and if we wanted one it would have been an additional $35. That should’ve been included in the price or at least have a community microwave.

Pros:

The location was fantastic with views of Navy Pier and the Riverwalk and close proximity to both, and Mag Mile and other landmarks. The hotel was exceptionally clean and safe. The rooms were an excellent size and the bathroom was lovely. This was our first trip to Chicago and overall it was great.

Cons:

As far as the room, the only negative was poor lighting.
I feel like there were a number of hidden fees that were not fully disclosed when using Booking.com to make the reservations. It was not until I arrived and I was charger extra that I found out about the additional charges, which was disappointing. I would have liked to know this during planning.
