Very nice people great location

I travel a lot for work, but I have never felt so welcomed and listened to by staff than at this hotel. From the moment I walked to the reception desk, I felt like I was someone the staff really cared about. Specifically, Emina and Simona were FANTASTIC - they were incredibly kind, helpful, and made my stay super enjoyable. When I had a problem with my room, they took care of it with such ease. I am truly glad I selected this hotel for my stay in Chicago and will be back again!

Conference at Hyatt convenient pedway to Hyatt . Safe and clean lobby area elevators to my room was very fast and efficient clean also nice smell in the lobby area and elevators. We had the conference rate the staff was very accommodating. A shout out to the hotel operator her name is Kia very nice and professional answering the phones. I do plan on coming back in the future and I was sure to my friends and family were to stay when in downtown Chicago.

Had a great experience at this hotel. We received a warm welcome from Simona at the front desk. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. Claudio was wonderful as well; he delivered our breakfast and was very courteous. Their hospitality really stood out and made our stay even better.

Kia was amazing from the service to making sure i was all situated! I’ve been here before and everytime Kia and the staff are easily the reason. Roberto from the dining area was also very friendly!

I'm a local and choose the Swiss every time I need to stay downtown during an annual business conference. The view is incredible, location great, and service exceptional. All hotel staff are helpful and friendly, but particularly Adrian in the Palm. Such gem of a waiter!

I stayed at Swissôtel Chicago for 5 days and had a truly wonderful experience, largely because of the incredible people who work here.

A special thank you to Simona, the manager, who generously upgraded my room. The upgrade made a noticeable difference to my stay and showed a level of care and attention that’s rare to find. Simona’s professionalism, warmth, and guest-first attitude really set the tone for the entire visit.

At the reception, Juan and Emina were consistently welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Whether it was answering questions, assisting with requests, or simply greeting me with a smile, they made coming back to the hotel feel effortless and pleasant every single day.

Another highlight was Joseph at the bar in Amuse. His service was fantastic! friendly, attentive, and genuinely enjoyable to chat with. It’s those small moments at the end of the day that really elevate a stay, and Joseph delivered every time.

The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, well-located, and comfortable, but what truly makes Swissôtel Chicago stand out is its staff. This team clearly takes pride in what they do, and it shows.

I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chicago.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The entire property was immaculate, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. You truly can’t beat the location—right in the heart of downtown Chicago with easy access to everything.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Kia McCllellan at the front desk. Kia was super helpful, professional, and responded quickly to every question we had about our stay. Her exceptional service made our visit even better.

Whenever I visit Chicago, I prefer staying downtown. Swissotel was a great choice. I like the location. Very walkable. Great restaurants nearby and even the hotel restaurant is pretty good. The views from my room were amazing. That may have been the best part. The staff were great, especially Kia. She was kind, professional, very helpful, and suggested I try the burger from the hotel’s restaurant which was terrific. That saved me a trip outside when I did not feel up to going out. I would recommend this hotel. Definitely worth the stay and would book it again.

We arrived in Chicago early in the morning and headed to Swissotel to drop luggage and do sightseeing while waiting for check in time. However, it turned out, we got the room right away. Raquez was our front desk handling our check in. She was nice and friendly. Other staff were also full of smile and friendly. Made our stay at Swissotel very comforting. Will definitely stay in Swissotel again if we ever going to Chicago again.

A great stay in Chicago. The room was excellent clean and comfortable with a nice view of the lake. Easy to get to and the restaurant and bar were awesome with great waitstaff and bartender. Simona in the front office went out of way to assist us with our stay. Connections via the pedway make getting around easy. We will definitely stay there again.

Very conveniet location. Joe Cedillo, the banquet captain, was outstanding. Great service. Very good room. I would highly recommend this for business, also for leisure. Everyone was outstanding. This is my third time here. No issues at all.
