I had an excellent stay at the Swissôtel Chicago. The accommodations were immaculate, and the room offered plenty of space to relax. Additionally, it was very quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest throughout my trip.

Cons:

Due to an overbooking issue, we were transferred to the Fairmont Hotel for two of our three nights.

Habitaciones muy bien equipadas, amplias y limpias

Cons:

El parqueadero no está incluido y la plataforma de booking afirma que si. Cuando llegue allá la señorita de recepción solo dijo "lo que booking dice no tiene nada que ver con lo que ofrecemos" Por otro lado los 15 dólares para desayuno son por habitación y no por persona.
