Overall a nice stay.
Pros:

Convenient and clean.

Cons:

Lighting in the room was not acceptable. Very low watt lightbulbs made it difficult to see in the room.

This hotel has everything- great rooms with views, great staff and is in a perfect location for walking.

The view from the room

Cons:

For the price, we were not at all impressed with the type and size of the room. Also, we had no remote to the TV in our room and we had to request one 4 times before we actually got one, which was 4 hours later after we had been in the room unable to watch the tv.

Pros:

Overall I liked everything. Room was amazing with a great view of the city and a river.

Cons:

I expect a parking fee but $89 was a bit much for us little town folks. There was not self park availble near by and it was rainging so we couldn't find one close enough and it was raining as well.

Close to navy pier . Welcoming lights open lobby area . Meetings rooms equipped. Had the conference rate stayed an extra night at conference rate . Value in my budget. Will definitely be coming back with family . Kia at front desk very personal and professional and she know her job

Great Time
Pros:

We had a great stay at the Swissotel in Chicago and felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived. Our flight landed early Thursday morning around 7 a.m., and Bernard was incredibly helpful in accommodating our early check-in request. After traveling, that made a huge difference for us, and he was very kind and welcoming from the start.

We also ordered in-room dining during our stay, and both Simoun (Friday morning) and Claudio (Saturday morning) went above and beyond. They were both very friendly, brought the food in, explained what everything was, and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. They also told us that if we needed anything else, we could ask for them, which we really appreciated. The service was quick, the food was delicious, and they made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable.

Overall, the service from Bernard, Simoun, and Claudio really made our stay special, and we truly appreciated how welcoming and kind everyone was. Thank you for a great stay!
