Beautiful hotel in awesome location.
Pros:

Wonderful location. Free upgrade for being a return customer.

Good hotel but unhappy stay !!
Pros:

Location is great. Large and busy hotel with reasonable facilities. Room was very clean and comfortable. Staffs were welcoming and supportive.

Cons:

I booked a room with lake view several days ago that was prepaid, confirmed by both booking.com and hotel and also checked in online yet I didn’t get the room . I was informed that the rooms were overbooked and that’s why they allocated my lake view room to somebody else and I was given a river view room. The front desk manager was very nice and apologized for such mismanagement but didn’t offer any compensation and still it’s not clear to me what was the basis of their prioritizing guests regarding allocating that particular category lake view room once it was already booked and paid by me beforehand.
