I came in for a work conference, and I felt that the hotel was very clean, the room was well stocked, and the staff were phenomenal. Specifically Albert at the front desk and Maria at the bar were so friendly and quick to help me. It was my first trip to Chicago, and the quality of their service makes me excited to come back!

In town for a memorial gathering. Had three rooms because we brought adult children. Simon’s was very gracious and helpful. Check in was smooth. Rooms are near each other. Will definitely stay here again.

A good and comfortable hotel at a great riverbank location. There's a collection of eateries in the surrounding streets; and the area is comprised of hotels, business towers and high-rise condominiums. (The Navy Pier is nearby). My room, #2008, overlooked the river. My room was spacious, cozy, and the air-conditioning was quiet. Also, there are two on-site restaurants--"Amuse" and "Palms". "Amuse" is a casual cafe-style eatery which serves options for breakfast and lunch; and, "Palms" is a little more upscale. They provide breakfast till 10 am. However, there might be a dress code for dinner.
Additionally, there's a small grocery store--"Go Grocer"--next to the Swissotel. Also, a CVS Pharmacy is around the corner on Columbus Drive. And, if you need it, a UPS store sits in the hotel's basement. Behind the Swissotel is a pretty neighborhood park [Lakeshore East Park] with an attached playground. The park has no picnic tables, but has tree-shaded places to sit.
We’re here in Chicago for 12 days to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. The hotel staff are really attentive, friendly and welcoming. Just wanted to particularly mention Adrian Lina and Alex in the restaurant. They both are so nice and always willing to help. Thank you both for making our time here so special. You are a great asset to the Swissotel and we will definitely return.
Beautiful hotel along the river that we enjoyed thoroughly. Be sure to find the secret door off the lobby and take a peek inside. Rooms on higher floors have the best view. We watched all the river traffic and foot traffic like it was a movie.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was great, and the service throughout the property was consistently good. I would particularly like to mention Kia McClellan, who was very kind, polite and attentive during my stay. I recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Location- Chicago Atmosphere- excellen, Rooms- were very clean and spacious, value- pricing was very reasonable, but please be aware the price depends on which room you choose. The bar area and the staff are very attentive to there
customers. Every time my husband and I went to the bar area our waitress Marja was there with a beautiful smile helping all the customers. I would definitely recommend the Swissotell when visiting Chicago.

We had one of the corner rooms and the view was spectacular! We enjoyed the morning sunrises over Lake Michigan from the comfort of our room. The fitness center is spacious and has numerous options for cardio and strength training. The breakfast was delicious with some of the best hash browns I've had in some time. We would definitely stay here again!!
Wonderful time! Perfect location to walk and Kia was friendly and extremely helpful! Room service was very quick and the food delicious 😋. Will stay again!
