It was close to everything
Pros:

Very clean and good views

Cons:

My room wasn’t ready at check in so they switched me to a different one with king size instead of two queens. The room cost a lot for one night

Exceptional service !!
Pros:

10/10 check in experience was great.
Simona was very welcoming and had a positive happy attitude to help us out .
The vibes are amazing , the views are just wonderful.

Always feeling at home with the Swissotel family.
Pros:

On top of my hotel being extremely clean, service since I walked in the door has been incredible starting with Bernard! He always greets me with a smile and is so helpful. The maintenance guy Larry stopped by to check the heater for me, which works great. He was super nice and professional. I hope someone recognizes both of these men as it is very important that they know they are appreciated tremendously. Thank you Swissotel for always making me feel at home.

Great Views!
Pros:

Amazing stay at the Swissotel! Views & service are unmatched. Had a great tour with Dan Jack who showed us the 42nd meeting space. We were blown away by rhe views!

Amazing service 10 out of 10 Kia she helped me out with everything. She always asked me if I needed anything amazing Customer Service Assistant I felt very welcomed. from the hotel staff coming in in and out if I need something very helpful. from breakfast Service Alejandra Kia was reaching out to me if I needed anything very welcoming. Again thank you so much ranked five stars.

Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel perfectly situated near many interesting sites. The staff is attentive and helpful and the hotel itself is quite lovely. Great attention to detail. Many thoughtful design features and beautifully decorated.
