This is a beautiful hotel perfectly situated near many interesting sites. The staff is attentive and helpful and the hotel itself is quite lovely. Great attention to detail. Many thoughtful design features and beautifully decorated.

The views were amazing the room and everything is clean,
but the staff look at you as if you are a class of human below them. I was very uncomfortable the entire time I felt very judged and every interaction with a concierge manager, guest service employee. I was talked down to and given very judgmental looks. Not a very welcoming environment. I treated them with nothing but respect and in return was treated like I was an inconvenience.

We had a great time at the swissotel, however it could use some updating (smart TVs to be specific). Staff like Chris who helped with our bags & Claudio who delivered room service, made our stay awesome!

We recently hosted a sales meeting at the Swissotel and were extremely impressed with the exceptional service, responsiveness, and professionalism of the entire team. I coordinated all aspects of the meeting remotely with Kelly Lein and the Swissotel team, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Every question was addressed promptly and with a consistently helpful, positive attitude.
The Banquet team—Elias, Joe, Silvia, and David—was courteous, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. Whenever our team needed assistance, a quick text was all it took, and support arrived within minutes.
Meals were served promptly and efficiently by the outstanding serving team, including Maria, Sergio, Paul, Kristian, and Marbina. The meeting space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for our group size.
Overall, I would highly recommend the Swissotel to any group, couple, or family visiting the Chicago area. The level of hospitality and service truly made for an excellent experience from start to finish.
The Swissotel continues to be a nice place to stay while in Chicago. The underground tunnel connections to the nearby hotels and restaurants makes it ideal in any type of weather. The ammenities are ample and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Security is visible and proactive. Dante reminded us to keep our purses on our laps, not hanging on the backs of our lobby chairs for someone to walk off with. His awareness of our personal possessions & their safety was greatly appreciated. As for The Palm, the main restaurant, Travis always greeted us with a smile. He was engaging and ensured that our dining experience was more than satisfactory. He actually remembered our group from last year's annual visit! Quite impressive! :-) We look forward to staying at the Swissotel, every year, for the annual Dental Lab convention.
Everyone was lovely during our stay so far but there was an amazing one woman show in the lobby/bar area. There was a lot going on but she was on top of it all, with a delightful disposition the whole time. Lakeesha is her name and she was a wonderful standout for us during our stay. Thanks Lakeesha!
Just came into the lobby for a coffee and Lakeesha was so friendly, accommodating, and fun. She made us two delicious americanos and gave us recommendations for the evening.
