Pros:

The location is so perfect , every thing you need is few steps near you
And it was really clean & staff is friendly

Cons:

The bed and pillow was so umcomfortable ! I wake up in the morning finding my self sinkikng in the middle of the bed!!
Another thing that they have no room service if you needed food or ice at night .

Great location to access all of Amsterdam
Pros:

The location is excellent and the rooms clean and equipped for a stay. We appreciated the coffee machines and kettle in the room and the hearty and varied breakfast provided.

Cons:

Having specifically asked early for a double room, we were disappointed to be allocated a room with two singles pushed together without any warning or explanation. The mattress was quite soft too. Nevertheless, other small maintenance issues were addressed promptly when raised and staff were polite and friendly.

Très exergue, ils n'ont pas changé les draps la 2 em nuit leur petit déjeuner laisse a désirer pour 20,5 euros je ne séjournerai plus jamais dans cet hôtel.

El hotel es correcto, limpio. La situación es sin duda lo mejor del hotel. En plana plaza Dam todo esta cercano y se puede ir sin problemas andando a todas partes.

Cons:

Las habitaciones correctas, pero el baño es diminuto, porque somos chicas y pequeñas, si no impracticable, aunque tenia lo necesario un poco incomodo, la distancia desde el inodoro hasta la pared es literalmente inexistente, por lo que resulta incomodo.
Se ha quedado ya un poco antiguo para el precio de la habitación que esta claro que se cobra por la situación del hotel. Nos esperábamos mas de un 4 estrellas.

Great location, friendly, polite and helpful staff. Breakfast good range of choices & great value.
Pros:

Breakfast very good - enjoyed the berry fruits, though these were not available every morning, Coffee machine unreliable and coffee ok but could be better

Cons:

Room was reasonable size for a city centre hotel, but could have done with more storage and flat areas to put things on. Bathroom small but again not atypical of a city centre location hotel
