Pros:

The front of house staff were exceptional. I had so many requests during the stay and not once was I turned away
The staff in the Restaurant were amazing also. Daniel was the best. They all were so obliging. The food was absolutely delicious

Excellent location! Sound proof walls. Lockers for luggage

Cons:

The room was on an angle, and the bed kept slipping to one side. There were hairs on the bathroom wall.
