Clean, Friendly and in the perfect location, just off Dam Square.
Pros:

Location was excellent and everything within Amsterdam central easily accessible by foot. We visited Anne Franks, Red Light District, Canal Cruise and walked around the City.

Cons:

We travelled with friends and their double room was very small, with no real window view, where ours was spacious with a view, exactly like advertised. They were on the first floor, where we were on floor 4th, so maybe worth checking as I paid the same price for both rooms.

Great location, but very disappointing value for money
Pros:

The location is the only real positive thing about this hotel.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the staff were not welcoming, and the rooms were extremely small and looked quite different from what I expected based on the photos on Booking.com. Even basic amenities such as complimentary bottled drinking water were not provided.

The biggest disappointment was the price. It was extremely overpriced considering the size of the room, the very limited services, and the overall experience. For the amount I paid, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation and service.

Overall, apart from the excellent location, I did not feel that this hotel offered good value for money, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Right in the City Centre!
Pros:

I loooooooooooooved staying here. You are right in the city center, so you can get started with exploring as soon as you check in. It was convenient to everywhere, and there was a tram station right in front of the hotel as well. Quick and convenient to travel to, and the staff there were very kind. They gave me several suggestions, and multiple pamphlets, so I knew what was in the area and what would be fun for me! Cute little cafes, restaurants, ice cream. Everything was convenient to this location, and a 5 minute walk to the red light district.

Cons:

This is not a big deal, but the elevator was slow. I really don't have anything to complain about this location. Very solid stay. Perhaps a bit pricey though.
