Everything. Great staff, very helpful and professional. Room was spotless and the hotel is in a great location. The only negative thing is the parking charges for guests

Staff were very welcoming

The only thing that let it down was the beds they were very hard all of the group that went said the same and the pillows really soft

Postive and family friendly
Pros:

Very family friendly, room very baby proof and clean. Breakfast was lovely and will use the hotel again as it's the first hotel we've been to where our son could walk around without any risk factors.

Cons:

The area(highstreet) was a bit off putting but thats an external issue rather than a hotel issue. However I advise do a little research on places to eat that are safe and secure especially if you have little ones with you.
