Very comfortable stay - I'll be back
Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful - including allowing a late checkout (normal checkout is 12 noon!) The room was huge and comfortable and the position was right next to the venue for my work the next day. The breakfast was excellent and very varied.

Lovely, modern hotel
Pros:

Stayed overnight for my work Christmas party. Lovely hotel. Friendly, approachable and professional staff. Great breakfast. On-site parking is a bonus.

Overnight stay
Pros:

Really friendly staff with such a warm welcome and everywhere was immaculate .
Loved the comfy sofas in the lobby and a 12 noon check out is fantastic. We had breakfast and then sat on the lovely sofas having a coffee and a chat while relaxing. It was so nice.

Having to leave to come home

Clean, Modern Hotel Ideal for the Nearby Globe Theatre
Pros:

Modern, clean hotel. Friendly and professional staff. Rooms well furnished, warm and quiet. Excellent breakfast selection, included in the room rate

Cons:

Only criticism was the coffee at breakfast. Not sure how you can get freshly ground beans tasting so bad. Rest of breakfast was good though

Plenty of choice from cereal, hot food, continental and even had a waffle maker which I am sure the kids would love! (I was tempted!)

Pros:

Clean and modern rooms and social areas. Friendly staff on reception who were attentive and remembered the reason for our visit when we checked out. Breakfast was really nice and one of the only places to provide vegan/veggie alternatives for hot cooked breakfast too which was a bonus.

it was all great.

Wouldn't stay again son was feeling unwell the next day couldn't sleep because the bedding was not clean
Pros:

Staff were good but didn't come to my room to sort heating out my son was boxing in championships the next day and was cold all night l did call the reception but no one came also the bedding wasn't washed

The room was not clean and the ac was on all night
