A perfect end to our wedding day
Pros:

I stayed here with my wife on our wedding night after ringing the reception about checking in and explaining it was our wedding day the staff arranged a nice Riverside view room for us and the room was perfect a card was left for us, the breakfast buffet was also good quality and came with the booking I would recommend staying here if you are in the area thanks again

Great Location
Pros:

We stayed here to go to a show at The Globe Theatre, so brilliant location! Receptionist lovely, friendly and helpful! Room was.lovely and clean, bathroom also lovely with great shower

Cons:

Didnt have a restaurant or nice food.menu, just burgers etc, not a big hotel which I get, there wasnt room for a restaurant. Bar is tiny and you have to wait for a member of reception staff to come and serve, maybe just being picky, but wasnt really what I expected for a Hilton

Perfect for a business trip
Pros:

Great location for what I needed and only 5 mins from train station. Friendly staff, and lovely pillows!!

Cons:

Aircon was soooo cold so turned it off and hairdryer is like a snail blowing but nothing else was negative!

Potentially nice - but ruined by flashing light in room.
Pros:

Smart, clean, bar, breakfast, gym - great!

Cons:

Flashing green light on the smoke detector was like trying to sleep in a disco. I had to lie with a pillow over my eyes to sleep! Also - rooms would benefit from a loo brush!

The room was clean, the staff were super helpful and all seemed to be happy too - a rare occurance in a hotel! Such a lovely hotel to be in, thank you.
