Hotel a ubytování OK
Pros:

Snídaně byla OK, možná, že parmská šunka by neškodila, částečně 1 porouchaný kávovar, často vytékala jen voda.
Vyzkoušeli jsme večeři z jídelního lístku. Svíčková s knedlíkem se skoro šplhala k Kč 400,-, což je dost. Objednali jsme si steak 300g, myslím, že toho masa bylo méně.

Cons:

Relativně vše OK, chodba k výtahům v přízemí byla bez koberce, který byl sundaný, zřejmě zbytky starého lepidla. Možná, že by bylo dobré objednat firmu, která by to řešila rychlejší výměnou.

Es ist auf keinen Fall ein 5-Sterne Hotel, eher ein durchschnittliches 3-Sterne Hotel. Das Zimmer war ein langer Schlauch und ungemütlich, kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten. Wir kennen 4-Sterne Hotels auf den Kanaren, die sind um Längen besser als dieses angebliche 5-Sterne Hotel.
Wofür haben die 5 Sterne erhalten?
Auch das Essen früh und vor allem Abends war nur sehr durchschnittlich. Man hat sicher immer etwas gefunden, aber es hat nichts mit 5 Sternen zu tun. Wir werden nicht noch einmal in dieses Hotel fahren.

Das Haus von aussen ist presentable. Von ihnen ist eher schlicht. Spartanisch. Nicht pompös. Zimmer ist räumig. Bequem. Im Badezimmer mehr Ablagen wäre optimal. Grosser,beweglicher Fernseher. Drei Fenstern im Zimmer und dadurch viel Licht und Luft. Sehr ruhig. Nachts auch. Ausblick in den Park ist herrlich! Das Essen in Buffetform ist in Ordnung. Nicht grosser Auswahl aber schmeckt gut und ausreichend. Getränke extra bezahlen. Wie überall heutzutage teuer. Aber aus der Rezensionen von anderen Hotels in dem Hotel das Essen ist am besten. Zurecht. Personal ist sehr freundlich! Überall! Massage kann ich auch empfehlen! Grossartig! Ein grosser Plus ist Park! Unglaublich schön! Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal. Und ich kann das Hotel weiterempfehlen!

Ein tolles Hotel in Franzensbad
Pros:

Das Hotel hatte viele Parkplätze und ist ziemlich gut gelegen und ziemlich ruhig. Das Frühstück war ziemlich lecker.
Ich kann das Hotel empfehlen.

Cons:

Die Hotelbar hatte keine kalt Getränke.
Cola und Wasser waren warm.
