The only down to the property was the WiFi was practically non existent and the toilet seat needed replacing as it was worn and stained. Overall cleanliness was good and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The bed was comfy. I would definitely stay again. Great parking and good location to shops etc

Property was great

Great amount of space for the 2 of us. Very tidy and clean. Handy to shopping mall and supermarkets nearby, 5mins drive away. Will be staying again.

Our room was a superior king studio which was well appointed and had everything we needed. The washing machine/dryer however was not good at all.
The entrance way to the property was often covered in cigarette butts which was not a good look.
Apart from the excellent pizza restaurant all the other restaurants were for Chinese people only.
There was no facility for European languages which we felt was quite intimidating and not welcoming at all.
Overall the accommodation was good and suited our requirements so we would consider staying there again.

Nice professional and helpful staff. It's peaceful and has some local cafes nearby. Modern and comfortable. You would need a car if you are visiting as a tourist.

Stayed in the 2bedroom apartment. Plenty of space and everything we needed. 2 full bathrooms and bedrooms. Full kitchen and free parking. Just be careful putting things in the fridge as the top part of very cold and may freeze your food.

It was clean and tidy. Very comfortable. I'm happy they provided soap for the dishwasher and washing machine. I would look for this place first the next time I visit the North side of Auckland!

Not too bad for the price!

Easy check in, staff were very helpful, quick and efficient. Unfortunately parking was only off street, had to back into front door to unload bags, then park, leaving bags unattended (due to being alone)

Very helpful receptionist. He came out to my car and carried my bags in and then up to my room.
Very comfortable bed. Room had everything I needed for a one night stay. Even had a washer/drier and a dishwasher. Good shower with plenty of hot water.

Staff helpful and friendly, we got upgraded to a quieter room as road frontage rooms are noisy with traffic, kitchen could do with more cooking utensils, cups, plates. The extractor fan in kitchen does not work which made cooking aromas linger. Bed needs extra warmth layers as winter and cold at night. Heat pumps good. But had to ask for extra blanket. Staff helpful and kind.

Was good apartment. Enjoyed the stay. Bathroom was a little awkward, felt like a hospital bathroom but otherwise ot was good room.

The room was massive and was very affordable.
