Will come again and recommended to family who plan on visiting later in year.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Everyone was welcoming and professional.

Cons:

No wash clothes or coffee left in room. Closet door near bathroom could not be opened, table in kitchen need legs stabilized. These items were reported at check out and information received positively.

Worst place I’ve ever seen.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing.

Cons:

It was dirty and the room smelled like vomit, mold, and urine. The upholstery was torn and dirty. Very old property. I stayed for 5 minutes and checked out. The property still charged me for the full stay and has not responded to my request for a refund.

Pros:

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was nice as well.

Cons:

My room, sheets were smelly. The bathroom had all type of dirt and hair throughout the walls. Stained carpet (looked like dry blood).

L'emplacement, à 30 min des 2 parcs nationaux. De colossal cave, du musée de Sorona

L'hygiène du logement. Uniquement de la moquette. Pas de moyen de faire du ménage surtout au niveau de la cuisine, pas d'éponge, pas de balai...il m'a fallu réclamer à l'accueil. Les sacs poubelles fournis au compte goutte, un par un. Passage de femme de ménage prévu uniquement tous les 7 jours.
La piscine était fermée
La connexion Wi-Fi était aléatoire. Il y a eu des jours où il était impossible de se connecter même après avoir sollicité le personnel.
Le petit déjeuner : aucun fruit. La machine à pancakes est tombée en panne au bout de 3 jours et non réparée sur la fin de notre séjour. Au début du séjour, il y avait 3 sortes de céréales, à la fin, il n'y en avait plus que 2. Avant, la fin de l'heure prévisionnelle, il n'y avait plus de yaourt. J'ai demandé à la personne qui s'occupe du petit déjeuner...et bien, il n'y en avait plus. Bref, déçue des prestations

I liked that there was space and separate semi private areas in the room

Cons:

All the furniture is very dated and not very comfortable. There was no extra bedding/pillows for the pull out couch, no soap in the kitchen, no shampoos/conditioners, carpets were stained and most likely need replacing, the door doesn't close fully from the outside without closing it hard multiple times. Dishes in the kitchenette weren't very clean and some of the floors were also dirty.

Worst place I've ever been. Supposed to stay for a week and left after the first night.
Pros:

Not one thing.

Cons:

Christopher was rude and very unprofessional. Pool was out of order. Fire alarm light in the bedroom flashed all night. Kitchen was disgusting, coffee maker in pieces. Drawers and cabinets hadn't been cleaned ever.

Pros:

Es muy buen hotel para viajar en familila, el tener 2 baños en la habitación es super comodo, las camas y almohadas son sumamente comodas, descansan bastante bien y un plus el poder cocinar si lo necesitas

Cons:

la máquina de hacer Hotcakes está fuera de servicio igual que en nuestra visita anterior lo cual fue hace ya algunos meses, no sé si se descompone frecuentemente o no la hay reparado.solo que rara vez hay personal que hable español.....

No early check-in for King room, waited, King is up a Second flight of stairs in room; not practical
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Coffee just ok.

Cons:

King bed was in loft upstairs. Full beds downstairs, we used those.
Carpet quite dirty, no vacuum in days.
Suite was 2 bedroom, much bigger than we needed.
