Could not stay, overbooked, demand a refund!!!!

It was convenient
Pros:

Rented the 2 bedroom penthouse rooms were spacious each had its own bathroom

Cons:

Property is very old looking not updated sits behind building surrounded by lots of trees very dark at night and ants were in my bedroom on my bed had to change rooms

Everything, staff was rude except the guy who checked us in. The hotel and rooms are very outdated, carpet in the room is nasty, bathroom is nasty, was clogged the first night, not enough towels, we called for towels it took 2 days and we had to go get it ourselves at the front desk. There is mold on the window and in the bathroom. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable and there were no linens in the room. We had to go get them at the front desk. The room was not cleaned once in the 6 days we were there. Housekeeping came one time, and we asked her to come back later because we just woke up from her banging on the door, but she never came back. We had to buy toilet paper, trash bags, and other cleaning supplies. So, in conclusion we will never stay at this hotel again. It definitely has NO MARRIOTT STANDERDS WHAT SO EVER.

Staff do not care nor do the owners. Treat customers like garbage.
Pros:

Why are there no hangers in the closets? I went to walmart and bought ten. I checked out after six days but with a flight delay checked back in three hours later to the same room and they are gone. What is the matter with the staff here? Whenever i try to talk to them i get the old 'no se'.

Cons:

Cutlery is a joke. No ice so i bought some of my own. I'm there for a week and they don't clean the room i have to grovel at the front desk for towels, coffee and cream. I arrived for the second year in a row on a weekend at 6 p.m. and i can't get in the building for ten minutes till someone answers the door. I have a resrvation what is the problem with this facility?

Outdated and run down. Staff was nice, our room was filthy and moldy, found blood on our curtains.
Pros:

Close to the location I came to visit

Cons:

This location needs to be closed down. Rooms are in desperate need or repairs. Stairs are falling apart and cheaply fixed. Mold, blood and flood stains in rooms carpet was coming up and rooms smell like mold.

I’d skip.
Pros:

Staying here now, night 4 of 5. The shower doesn’t turn off. The toilet clogs for no reason. Important light bulbs are out. Place feels kinda nasty. Luckily the staff is very friendly.

Overall my stay was good and the hotel is in a great location for easy commute.

The room was spacious.

Cons:

There were sugar ants on the kitchen counters, couldn’t leave food out. The exterior of the building needs to be pressure washed. The refrigerator and air conditioner made creaking noises.

Stay away. This hotel is bad.
Pros:

Stay away from this hotel. We booked a "penthouse" room and when we opened the door, we were presented with shredded carpets, a broken ceiling fan, and a smell that was indescribable. The front desk gave us another room. The smell in this room wasn't as bad and the rugs were only marginally shredded. However, the furniture and the rugs were filthy, the bathtub was stained, and the kitchen area had very few utensils for a place you are supposed to be able to live in. The outside grounds were also in need of maintenance. For the price, you can find a much better place. Also the price that posted to our credit card was higher than the receipt we were given at checkout. I could never recommend this hotel.

SKIP BREAKFAST, Overall: meh :/
Pros:

Breakfast was terrible! The potatoes were hard and dry. We had to eat out at a restaurant, if that says anything. Definititely skip it unless you want oatmeal.

Our room was overall decent. However, the lamp was broken, the shade could not stay on. The TV was barely functional. It was 80% pixelated the entire time, regardless of channel. There was no coffee maker anywhere to be found. The threshold between the carpet and vinyl kitchen floor was broken in half and sharp to step on.

It was cheaper than staying closer to Orlando, now I know why.

The bed and the staff were nice, no complaints there. The room was clean and smelled nice when we arrived. A/C, dishwasher, and microwave worked fine. Marriot, do better.
