Stay away from this hotel! Much of the staff was great but the management really ruined our stay. They made it difficult from our check-in until we left. After nearly at 25 hours on a plane we arrived to the hotel to a condescending and rude manager. On several occasions we saw them treat the workers in a demeaning manner as well. The rooms did not look like they did on TripAdvisor. Honolulu is great, this hotel is not.
Room was small for the price. Not good value. When I reached out to complain, management wasn’t helpful. Don’t stay here. Much better options in Waikiki area.
Small rooms. AC didn’t work and it wasn’t worth the money.
We have had the most wonderful stay at the Kaimana Beach Hotel! The location being right on the beach was better than we imagined. Our room was perfect and the view on our patio of an ocean view room was stunning! The housekeeping staff were efficient and thorough without being invasive. All of the staff was so kind and welcoming! We enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend it to others!
Beautiful rooms, beautiful view, wonderful customer service. Location allows for a easy walk into the heart of Waikiki, while also providing direct access to the beach and parks.

We were upgraded to a ocean front king and it was wonderful . The staff was great! We are members at the Outrigger canoe club and walked over every day
It’s a little tired but our view made up for it
The view from the ocean view rooms was amazing! We loved the huge windows. We had such an amazing view of Waikiki Beach!
The bed was a little soft.
We ate at Hau Tree Restaurant sat by the beach was really nice except for irritating flies !!! The weather was just right perfect cool. This was our first time here for dinner we were sat down exactly 545 pm reservation and our waiter Robert explained drinks and made recommendations for dinner we ordered everything he recommended and everything was made excellent and taste really good! He even recommended the pistachio dessert which was excellent. He was such a friendly waiter and really showed the aloha spirit by making recommendations on what to eat being there the first time. I highly recommend this restaurant to others and Robert our waiter.
The staff in the hotel is friendly and accommodating. Elma took great care of our room, she is very friendly and always smiling.
We booked this hotel because it’s got its own private beach. We were not notified that the beach has been closed for 4 to 5 weeks due to Monk Siele’s living on the beach. It would’ve been nice to know this detail because we would’ve chosen in a different hotel. Very disappointing.

Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Strand. Bedenken sollte man aber das im April/ Mai eine Mönchsrobbe dort ihr Junges bekommt und der Strand dann gesperrt ist.
Die Zimmer sollten ein wenig renoviert werden. Die Gegend um Waikiki ist sehr teuer und deswegen ist auch Frühstück und Dinner teuer. Zimmer war recht klein.
Tolle Lage für Waikiki, das Barefoot Beach Café in der Nähe ein Traum, schönes Zimmer mit sehr schönem Ausblick, gute Ausstattung, freundliches Personal, tolle Lobby mit schönem Restaurant (was leider immer ausgebucht war), direkter Strandzugang.
Das Restaurant könnte Plätze für Hotelgäste vorbehalten, damit man eine Chance hat, dort zu essen. Parken ist mit 55$ pro Tag ein Wucher, zumal man für 5$ pro Tag einfach auf der Straße stehen kann.
Close to the beach, had its own salon, coffee shop and local store on site staff were friendly and considerate. Great location for long walks and sightseeing
Unfortunately the beach was closed but understandably due to wild life on the beach.
