Disappointing service
Pros:

The hotel is very close to the airport.

Cons:

The service at the front desk was disappointing. Both receptionists I interacted with (afternoon and overnight shifts) were unfriendly, abrupt, and did not seem interested in helping guests. On one occasion, I went to the front desk to buy a snack and waited several minutes after calling for assistance, but no one came to help.

Although the hotel was clean, the facilities look outdated and are not in very good condition. The property could benefit from renovations to improve the overall guest experience.

Breakfast!

Cons:

Pillows were flat, shower leaked, the entire room is very outdated, towels were scratchy, there's a coffeemaker with no coffee and no water. The evening staff at the reception was only willing to provide 1 bottle of water for 2 guests. There was either blood or feces stain on the sheet that was covered with a comforter. Comforter was bad quality sheets.

Short stay at Columbus at a good hotel that allowed for some good rest.
Pros:

It was easy to get to and close to everywhere we needed to go.

Cons:

Perfect location for a quick overnight by airport
Pros:

Stayed here for a quick overnight stay before a flight so didn't have breakfast. It was the perfect location near the airport. I will stay here again for other trips.

Pros:

Do not stay here. Room was dirty. Crumbs and wrappers on nightstand. Hours and crumbs in bed. We asked to be moved to a new room. TV didn’t work in the new room and front desk said she couldn’t fix it. The carpet in the halls were wrinkled, warped and coming up in multiple places. The wheels on my suitcase kept getting stuck on them and it was a trip hazard. Elevators were dirty. Didn’t even try the free breakfast- given how little regard the hotel gave to cleaning, we couldn’t stomach trying their food. There are plenty of other hotels at the airport- try one of them. Do NOT stay here.
