Quiet room, excellent staff, easy shuttle on time
When calling for shuttle from airport the phone line made it very hard to hear the staffer who was answering. She tried to speak louder but clearly the line has something wrong with it.
The breakfast was good and it was open at a time that was convenient. The location was good--it was very close to the airport.
On the first night our room was by the elevator. On the second night they moved us to a different room.
Closeness to the airport - late arrival into Columbus so we opted to stay overnight before departing the following morning. Shuttle pick up from the airport to the hotel was great.

I liked the location
Couldn't even buy a bottle of water, there wasn't any water available at the little area where they sold items. Why aren't there vending machines? I didn't like the hand-held shower attachment.

Worn / torn carpet in the lobby and hallways.
Staff was super friendly and everyone was nice and helpful.
We found several stains on towels and comforters. Roomed smelled of mildew. I understand that most people stay for the airport. We spent two nights there because it was close to things we were planning to do. We were also planning on spending a lot of time in the pool. The pool had a very green tint and my boys complained it felt “slimy”.
I left a couple of bagels in a bag at the front desk for my friend who was staying here. When he went to the front desk a little later to pick them up, the people working had "no idea what he was talking about". Grow up!! Get your own bagels!

The hotel is very close to the airport.
The service at the front desk was disappointing. Both receptionists I interacted with (afternoon and overnight shifts) were unfriendly, abrupt, and did not seem interested in helping guests. On one occasion, I went to the front desk to buy a snack and waited several minutes after calling for assistance, but no one came to help.
Although the hotel was clean, the facilities look outdated and are not in very good condition. The property could benefit from renovations to improve the overall guest experience.
Breakfast!
Pillows were flat, shower leaked, the entire room is very outdated, towels were scratchy, there's a coffeemaker with no coffee and no water. The evening staff at the reception was only willing to provide 1 bottle of water for 2 guests. There was either blood or feces stain on the sheet that was covered with a comforter. Comforter was bad quality sheets.
