this is my second time staying here definitely recommend such a nice and clean resort .

Great hotel superb staff
Pros:

Excellent hotel close to all amenities. Nice swimming pool, restaurant, lounges full washing services.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
I cannot thank Marsha enough for helping resolve my issue and going above and beyond to assist us - thank you soooo much would recommend

The hotel was nice and in a convenient location.
Pros:

Excellent location and great rooms. Staff was friendly and there were plenty of amenities.

Pros:

Very clean, loved the on site store with Starbucks. Such a short walk to Disney, but if walking is not an option there’s shuttles across the street at the Toy Story parking lot which are free. Overall I’d stay here again and I highly recommend.

Cons:

I wish there were both firm and soft pillows. The pillows were very soft and the other people I was with had to stack them and it made them uncomfortable. It would be nice to have firm and soft options to fit everyone’s presences. That’s also just me nitpicking.

Would not stay here again, not for us.
Pros:

Location is close to Disney land

Cons:

Rooms were very small. Not a good place to stay with children. Bedroom sheets extremely loud when moving. Parking was outrageous expensive for the car to sit.
