Fantastic location, great modern rooms and loved the pool
The restaurants and the bar were very expensive
The Sheraton Park at Anaheim was perfectly located, with Disneyland only a short (10 minute or so) walk away. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a great shower and bathroom, as you would expect from a Sheraton. Staff at reception (and cleaning staff throughout the hotel) were very friendly and welcoming - we would be happy to stay again.
Price for self-parking was a bit steep.

Cleaning service: When I opened the fridge, there was a leftover bottle of water inside.
I requested some hot water from Hotel Starbucks, staff charged for the paper cup.
Terrible. I booked 2 rooms for me and my family and my friends at this hotel as an agent through our agent website for a retreat happening in April. When we got to the hotel, we were rerouted to another hotel because they said a pipe busted and there was flooding in our room. When my friends arrived 15 minutes after, they were told the same. This flooding happened to both rooms, apparently. I was told that I would be refunded and our room at the Hilton would be free of charge. We rushed off to the Hilton because the retreat was starting in 30 minutes and we didn't want to be late. It has been an awful experience trying to receive our refunds. They are telling me and my host agency different stories and actually disconnected us when we were holding on a 3-way call. I am so upset about this and as an agent, I do not recommend this hotel. My guess is they actually overbooked the place and then sent us off nonchalantly to another hotel. I do have to say that the Hilton was a nicer hotel, so I was thankful for that, but my experience with this one was awful.
Great stay! This is my second or third stay at the Sheraton park in Anaheim. Not only is this hotel in walking distance of the Disneyland park, but the staff and service are fantastic. Shout out to Cielo who helped to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We wanted connecting rooms for our girly weekend, which we received as well as an early check-in for one of the rooms. We had a park view and enjoyed the fireworks at night. One suggestion would be to add a microwave in the M club lounge. Otherwise, this stay was perfect!
Modern rooms (except for the carpet). Short walking distance to the Disney Parks.
Almost no drawers (only two small ones very low). Room noisy, next to elevator. Uncomfortable pillows.
Only one breakfast option and it was not good
The property was beautiful- rooms were spacious and comfortable! Bedding was so comfortable!! A shuttle to and from Disneyland every 30mins from 7am!
I couldn’t fault this property.
