滞在中の深夜3時に火災報による避難指示があり、7階から外へ退出させられました。長時間にわたる屋外待機により、十分な睡眠が取れず、貴重な休暇の時間を失う結果となりました。海外からの旅行者にとって限られた時間は非常に貴重であり、大変失望いたしました。
ゲストの安全第一の行動や、不可抗力による誤報の可能性は理解しております。問題は、その後のホテル側のマネジメント体制です。
事件の夜、スタッフからは後日改めて対応する旨の説明がありましたが、翌日以降、状況の説明や謝罪を含め、一切のフォローアップがありませんでした。
シェラトンという名のあるホテルだからこそ、トラブル時こそ高いクオリティの対応を期待していました。影響を受けたゲストに対する配慮のなさは非常に不誠実だと感じます。今回のフイードバックを真摯に受け止め、今後のゲスト

The rooms were so modern and comfortable! And it was a perfect walk to Disney!
Pros:

Location was great, super easy walk to Disney. Staff was super helpful and friendly! They gave us great advice and made us feel heard! The rooms were super nice and modern and it felt really clean, no stains or weird smells.
