Cons:

壁が薄いのか、外の音が聞こえてきて、窓が開いているかと思うくらいで、隣の部屋のドアの開け閉めの音も聞こえて、眠れなかった。
正しく名前を入力したのに、別人の名前でメールがくるし、名前が文字化けしていて、申し込みされてないと言われ、チェックインに苦労した、Booking.なのか、ホテル側なのか、他のホテルも予約されていないと言われ、次回利用するか考えてしまうほどだ。

Zero communication on events that will absolutely affect your booking.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and had a good location off the highway

Cons:

Our stay was completely ruined by the lack of communication from the hotel regarding our booking.

On the day we booked, the city had a marathon (we were not aware of this as we were just passing through on our journey). The location of the hotel was completely surrounded by the marathon which started at 5.30am and finished at noon.

The hotel must have known this event was happening at the time of booking, they must have been informed. They failed to pass on this information during the time of booking. Had we known this we would not have booked, instead we had to get out of the hotel at 5am (and miss our booked breakfast) so that our car would not be blocked in.

The lack of communication extended to when we actually arrived at the hotel, nobody mentioned the marathon when we checked-in. It was only when we noticed a poster and asked ourselves that they told us.

A hotel has a responsibility to be entirely transparent and communicate events that will directly affect their customers. This hotel did not do this, they let down their customers.
