Falta de personal en zona piscina
Nuestra estadía fue muy buena, el apart hotel fue perfecto para nuestra familia (somos cuatro con dos niñas), ya que el espacio se adapta muy bien. La ubicación es excelente: al principio dudábamos entre quedarnos en el centro, pero finalmente fue una muy buena decisión optar por este lugar. Está muy cerca de Bahía Manzano, que es realmente maravilloso, y también de muy buenos restaurantes con vistas espectaculares.
Además, el hotel cuenta con spa, lo que fue un gran plus: pudimos disfrutar del sauna, la bañera de hidromasaje, la piscina temperada con una vista increíble e incluso los masajes. En ese sentido, todo funcionó perfecto y fue una experiencia muy agradable.
En cuanto a los aspectos a mejorar, el gimnasio deja tiene harto potencial de mejora. La trotadora no funcionó y cuando solicité ayuda para encenderla no pasó nada… y la bici de spinning ahí nomás.
Por otro lado, al tratarse de un apart hotel donde ofrecen desayuno a la habitación, uno esperaría que llegue con servilletas al menos. Además, no había toalla de papel, esponja para lavar loza, paños de cocina suficiente, bolsas de repuesto, etc lo cual hace que la experiencia no sea tan óptima (cuando son solo detalles)
Y lo último, si bien las medialunas eran muy ricas, el pan dejaba bastante que desear.

La pileta no es para temporada invierno estaba fría y no te permitían estar si había mucha gente, muy pequeña.
El trato del personal del turno tarde fue muy malo, parecía que por estar en las cabañas de afuera no éramos parte del complejo, lamentable. Nunca nos hizo el recorrido por el complejo ni nos ofreció los servicios disponibles.
Las chicas de la mañana y la encargada de reclamos muy buena onda.
La atención y la ubicación.
Ubicación. Calidez del diseño. Amplitud de los espacios. Precio-calidad. Pileta climatizada poco profunda para uso de niños con seguridad. Inclusión del desayuno. Cochera de fácil acceso.
Iluminación del living-comedor muy pobre. Ruidos a aire en cañerías de calefacción. Desayuno abundante, pero le falta algo como frutas o alguna variedad en el día a día.
The location was absolutely beautiful. Sleeping amongst the huge trees and beautiful gardens was special. The host, Victoria, was so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool underneath the stars. The kitchen was just what we needed to make a dinner for four.

Room was in terrible maintenance conditions, walls were with a lot of infiltration. Shower was not draining the water and it spilled all over after a bath. Towels were in bad condition with a lot of stain seemed dirty. Service was confusing I had reserved a parrilla space it they overbooked I was not able to use it as planned
