Lindas cabañas

Cons:

La pileta no es para temporada invierno estaba fría y no te permitían estar si había mucha gente, muy pequeña.
El trato del personal del turno tarde fue muy malo, parecía que por estar en las cabañas de afuera no éramos parte del complejo, lamentable. Nunca nos hizo el recorrido por el complejo ni nos ofreció los servicios disponibles.
Las chicas de la mañana y la encargada de reclamos muy buena onda.

Buen alojamiento para estadía breve!
Pros:

Ubicación. Calidez del diseño. Amplitud de los espacios. Precio-calidad. Pileta climatizada poco profunda para uso de niños con seguridad. Inclusión del desayuno. Cochera de fácil acceso.

Cons:

Iluminación del living-comedor muy pobre. Ruidos a aire en cañerías de calefacción. Desayuno abundante, pero le falta algo como frutas o alguna variedad en el día a día.

Excellent host, beautiful location and amenities.
Pros:

The location was absolutely beautiful. Sleeping amongst the huge trees and beautiful gardens was special. The host, Victoria, was so kind and helpful. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool underneath the stars. The kitchen was just what we needed to make a dinner for four.

Cons:

Room was in terrible maintenance conditions, walls were with a lot of infiltration. Shower was not draining the water and it spilled all over after a bath. Towels were in bad condition with a lot of stain seemed dirty. Service was confusing I had reserved a parrilla space it they overbooked I was not able to use it as planned

The property is very new, but we believe that they are falling behind on maintenance and cleaning. My wife noted that the floors were dirty, something that had to be pointed out to me.

The breakfast is a bread basket with instant coffee that doesn’t arrive until after 8:30am (earliest). We chose the location BC breakfast was included. Looking back we would have done better by bringing a loaf of brand Nescafe. That way we could have been out hiking by 7 or 8 am instead of 9 or 10 am.

Leaving on a positive: The front desk staff was great!
