Pros:

Our room was amazing, with 3 windows looking out to the sea. Food in the restaurant was lovely and staff were friendly.

Beautiful location, clean rooms and helpful staff.
Pros:

The location was fantastic! Beautiful panoramic sea view.
The suite decor was lovely and the room was very clean and modern. The beds were very comfortable.
Staff were really helpful.
Parking on site.
We needed to store perishable food in the fridge overnight, and staff kindly kept it in the main kitchen fridge.

Cons:

There was no lift and the climb to third floor was not easy with luggage etc.
Also, the weather was very hot 🔥 🥵 (yes, there was a heat wave in North Yorkshire with temperatures close to 30°c.)
We couldn't open the windows for fresh air as there were lots of bugs and mosquitoes coming in.
There was no fan in the room, and it was hard to sleep at night due to the heat.

Bed was lovely and comfortable. Didn’t sleep that well due to the heat but that wasn’t the hotels fault.
Pros:

Excellent location. Lovely friendly staff.
Rooms were nicely decorated.

Cons:

X1 hand towel and x1 bath towel for 2 people.

Comfy room, good breakfast, friendly, helpful staff.
Pros:

Breakfast was good we prefer self serving, so it suited us. Nicola was very helpful.

Cons:

The shower went cold in the evening, maybe a lot using it then. We only had one set of towels between 2 of us, we got another set on request.

Enjoyable business trip to a beautiful location.
