Not bad but could be good depending room allocation and hot water for a shower
Pros:

The breakfast was good with a good selection of hit as cold food. The bed was comfortable. The room and shower room were clean. The staff were friendly. The evening meal was good value.

Cons:

The view from my window in the annex building was just of the side wall of the main part of the hotel. I was by the entrance door and could hear other guests coming in and out. I could also hear the guests in the room above mine, walking about when they got up early the next day. Someone, I assume another guest, banged on my door at 06:17! I didn’t answer the door. I assume they knocked on the wrong door(?). There was no hot water for my shower in the morning which was very disappointing. I mentioned this when I checked out and rather than an apology I was told that several guests had reported this issue which was due to the hotel waiting for a new boiler to be installed… There was no chair in the room just the high (although very comfortable to sleep in) bed and perching on that to put on my trousers and my shoes was a little tedious. The glass of Pinot Grigio purchased at the bar the previous evening was sadly undrinkable. My sister and cousin had been allocated much larger rooms at the front of the main part of the hotel and they had lovely sea views AND hot water for their showers - I was a little jealous I have to admit!

Amazing stay at the Park Hotel
Pros:

The rooms were exquisite and very glamorous, both with a sea view. Spotlessly clean with freshly ironed bed linen. The manager provided fantastic customer service where nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was wonderful and the eggs amazing. We would definitely stop there again.

Pros:

We had a refurbished room which was very nice.
The bathroom was great wonderful shower but unfortunately, the mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable which was a shame as that was the only thing that let the room down.
We were travelling with family and they said the same thing uncomfortable beds and pillows.
Apart from that the meal was brilliant in the evening and the staff are very friendly.

Pros:

breakfast was 1st class service as was the food quality the food was hot the tables was clean there was a good choice to pick from all laid out very hot looked nice which you help your self to

I could not fault this hotel only the weather which we could not do nothing about the bathroom was very nice and large clean and warm
