Ubicación
Es un lugar super lindo tranquilo y muy acogedor, el personal es muy amable y servicial.
Excelente ubicación si quieres desconectarte de la ciudad. La atención fue muy cordial y las instalaciones muy buenas.
La piscina me pareció pequeña y no estaba tan limpia.
La estancia fue muy desagradable. Aunque el personal fue siempre amable y atento, la experiencia en la habitación fue realmente mala. Estaba ubicada justo al lado de una autopista, el ventilador estaba dañado y producía un ruido constante, y además había perros en la zona que ladraron durante toda la noche. Fue imposible descansar.
Al solicitar un cambio de habitación, nos respondieron de manera muy formal que no había disponibilidad y, para empeorar la situación, nos confirmaron que ya estaban al tanto del problema de ruido. Una verdadera pesadilla.
