Will continue to use this hotel. It is convenient to historic area, restaurants and the beautiful trails along the river

We had to be at an event at 7. Checking in pocess was terrible. Missed some of shoe of concert. Ok it was very hot.and I have lupus so when i get hot i swell and i couldnt sleep cause it was hot when checked in they didnt tell me Breakfast was included was not told until we ask at checx out and thata when we were informed not to mention my card was charged twice

I liked the location, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel in general had a good aroma.

Cons:

I didn't like how the hotel stay was 300+ but it was small, no microwave, and the bathtub looked dirty.

Great Service!
Pros:

Excellent service in the M Club! Joyce (in the morning) and Nunu (in the evening) both do an amazing job of feeding and making us feel welcome! Marriott is lucky to have employees as competent and professional as them.

Great staff
Pros:

The hotel was perfect. My room was great. However the staff that helped check me in was what made it the best. Labors, and Karissa were awesome. Super friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend this place.

Too hot to handle ... literally
Pros:

The hotel's location is good, but the property could use a refresh. We were faced with an unfortunate odor in the room. We weren't the only ones.

Here's where they lost us. The AC just didn't work well. Our room was incredibly hot and the AC did not lower the temperature. We slept in a hot box, except for the sleeping part. We reported the issue to the desk, but there wasn't anything they could do, or at least nothing was done.

I might try again sometime, but not at the price charged and certainly not if they can't get the AC to work. Rough, rough stay.

Wonderful place to stay with delicious breakfast!
Pros:

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and wonderful complimentary breakfast! There was an assortment of fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, sausages, breakfast drinks, coffee, scones, snack bars and botted water (to take). There's also a bar/restaurant with excellent food and drinks! Short ride to downtown area where we walked and did some shopping. Short ride to Ft. Benning as well! Plenty of free parking.

Wonderful!
Pros:

Had a wonderful time. The ladies even and niah( i think ) was so wonderful inthe club area. Food was exceptional and their service was as well.. we will make this a regular stop when we visit the area !

Great hotel, nice location, wonderful staff.
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Have stayed here numerous times. Rooms are always adequate and clean. The staff are always pleasant and accommodating. They really go above and beyond. Especially Ellen she was super nice and helpful.
