Konstanz hat definitiv bessere und schönere Ecken.
Pros:

Der Stil, die Einrichtung der Zimmer, ist aber Geschmacksache. Aufzug zu den Zimmern möglich gewesen. E-Bikes Lademöglichkeit sowie Abstellmöglichkeit (etwas schmal aber für 1 Nacht ausreichend).

Also die Begrüßung war ganz ok, allerdings waren die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption überfordert zumindest erweckte es den Eindruck. Wir sind am Montag nachmittags angereist mit E-Bikes und das kam wohl den Mitarbeiter*innen nicht gut an. Als man uns alles gezeigt hatte, wollten wir unsere E-Bikes abstellen war aber nicht wirklich möglich, da die Garage sich schwer öffnen ließ und man wirklich daran kräftig ziehen musste. Außerdem waren die Hotelparkplätze direkt davor so dass man echt Mühe hatte die Fahrräder (auch ohne Gepäck) durchzubekommen, weil die Parkplätze alle belegt waren. Das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich doch hat man wohl gemerkt, dass das Hotel zu extremen Sparmaßnahmen greift. Unsere Bettdeckenbezug war genäht oder geklebt weil da vorher wohl ein Riss/Loch war und die Wäsche hatte nach Staub gerochen, als hätte sie lange irgendwo im Schrank/Kammer rumgelegen. Man musste für Abendessen reservieren im Hotel und das nur bis 20:30 Uhr aufgrund eines Personalmangels so wurde es uns gesagt (und in der Nähe an einem Montag) war echt schwierig überhaupt etwas zu finden um Abend zu Essen. Übersicht Busverbindungen nicht in der Nähe gewesen. Später spontaner Check-out auch nicht möglich aufgrund kompletter Vollbelegung.

Von der Lage her super, das Personal ist nett, aber das Hotel gehört renoviert.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist schön gelegen.

Cons:

Das Hotel- mit Ausnahme der Bäder hat den "Charme" der 70-iger, eine Renovation könnte nicht schaden. Teppichboden an den Wänden ist gruselig.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, grosse Auswahl. Lage direkt am See sehr empfehlenswert. Zimmer mit Balkon + Seesicht wäre optimal, leider keins bekommen, da kurzfristige Buchung. Vielleicht beim nächsten Mal...

Pros:

La vue sur le lac. Petit déjeuner simple mais bien.

Cons:

Une chambre à côté de la nôtre à perdu son téléphone et elle a accusé les autres chambres et fait venir la police... l'hôtel aurait du gérer ça avec la police sans embêter les clients de l'hôtel qui n'ont rien à voir la dedans !
