Pros:

Es war nicht sauber. Nur oberflächlich.
Leider keine sonnenstoren oder Schirm für die Terrasse . Ansonsten alles gut.
Vorallem haben wir über booking ein bestimmtes Zimmer gebucht. Im 3.stock mit seeblick. Bekommen haben am ankunfstag ein Zimmer im 1. Stock.
Als wir reklamiert haben, sagte man mir das wenn man über booking bucht einfach ein Zimmer bekommt in dieser art. Aber das beste ist; nach der 1. Nacht haben wir in das Zimmer das ich tatsächlich gebucht ha bekommen. Danke der netten Dame an der Rezeption

Pros:

Die Lage war optimal für unsere Bedürfnisse. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und alle Abläufe einfach und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Wir hätten gerne einen Balkon gehabt, da müssen wir das nächste Mal ein anderes Zimmer buchen :-)

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Busstation in die Altstadt und auch zur Insel Mainau sowie die Fähre nach Meersburg sind direkt vor der Türe.
Das Personal im Frühstücksraum ist sehr flott und wirklich sehr freundlich.

Cons:

1) Das Frühstück könnte etwas abwechslungsreicher sein. Z.B. gab es eine Woche lang nur Apfel.
2) Die Küche im Hotel-Restaurant schließt um 19:30, was meiner Meinung nach viel zu früh ist. Nach einem Ausflug ist man um diese Zeit ja noch nicht mal im Hotel.
3) Man sollte den Zimmermädchen beibringen, dass sie Gäste zu grüßen haben oder zumindest nach einem "Guten Morgen" des Gastes eine Antwort geben.

Highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, food and staff.
Pros:

Large room with a separate dressing area and closet. Superb lighting in the bathroom. The breakfast was the BEST! A solid 10 on a scale of 1 - 10! Thank you

Ich würde erst wiederkommen, wenn ich wüsste, dass renoviert wurde
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels und die Freundlichkeit der Leute.
Die Tochter des Hauses hat uns 2 Abende bedient und das wunderbar gemacht.

Cons:

Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und es war weder im Restaurant noch im Zimmer sauber.

Pros:

Direkt am See, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, gute ÖV-Verbindungen.

Cons:

Es hatte zwar eine Minibar im Zimmer, aber mit hat ein Wasserkocher gefehlt. Bin ein Frühaufsteher (6Uhr) und konnte nirgends einen Kaffee trinken/zubereiten vor dem offiziellen Frühstück.

wunderschönes Zimmer, wunderbare Lage, sehr nette und umsichtige junge Frau beim Frühstücksservice

Cons:

ein Hotel mit vielen Verbotsschildern und Regeln, vom Rauchverbot auch vor der Tür, bis dem Zettel auf dem Zimmer - bitte DRINGEND vor 8 Uhr beim Frühstück zu sein, schade war auch das zeitige Ende im Restaurant...

Die Unterkunft liegt perfekt am Fährhafen. Der Sonnenaufgang ist phänomenal!
Das Frühstück reichhaltig, Früchte dürften etwas saisonaler abgestimmt werden.

Cons:

Der alte Teppich im Restaurantbereich wirkt nicht sehr appetitlich. Leider durften wir an diesem wunderschönen Sommerabend nicht auf der tollen Terrasse essen. Zwei Hotelgäste wurden abgewiesen noch im Restaurant zu essen, obwohl offensichtlich war, dass diese erschöpft waren.
