Pros:

I had such a wonderful stay at the Hilton Anaheim. Traveling alone with my young daughter could have been overwhelming, but the staff made everything feel easy, safe, and truly special.

A heartfelt thank you to the team at the popp’s restaurant, their kindness and attention went above and beyond, and they made us feel so welcomed every morning. Also, the housekeeping staff was incredible, always thoughtful and supportive in ways that meant so much to us.

It’s rare to experience this level of genuine care and warmth. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families.

I really enjoy this hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was not too bad. To tell you the truths, I had better, it was satisfying. Location was a good.

Cons:

One of the political outlets for you're poca.For the computer was not working.

It wasn’t updated the plumbing went out. They ran out of water and the air-conditioning didn’t work into the rooms that we were having a conference in.

Great hotel and perfect location for Disney and convention events

Food was outrageously expensive that I end up ordering from DoorDash. The Poppy Restaurant Front Desk staff the one with curly hair ( Saturday Breakfast between 8:00 to 9:00 am did not really encourage me to eat ) other staff very accommodating.

Not the best experience.

Proximity to convention center

Cons:

The staff was not friendly. The only staff that was good was the gentleman who checked us in. The test were rude and didnt seem to like their jobs. Poppy’s buffet needs help. Not nearly enough selection for the price. The market next to Poppy’s needs more employees. To have TWO people working on a very busy weekend is not ok. They were very slow. I had to wait 24 minutes in line just to buy premade items. Ans the prices are atrocious. Way to rip people off! The Starbucks was not any better. I was the 5th person in line before they opened. Got a regular drip coffee and 2 cold drinks. It took 37 minutes to get my order. Not including the time standing in line. Parking was miserable. Took over 20 minutes to find a spot in the structure. The shower in our room sprayed water from the handheld hose right into our faces as we turned the water on. Then was denied a late check out while friends were being comped a late check out. For a Hilton- and the price- you can do better
