Pros:

The room was ok, a little small, I request for a rolling bed and was decline stating that the room I have does not accommodate for rolling bed.

Cons:

The all you can eat breakfast buffet is so not worth the money, $32.99 per person and there was hardly any variety, the only thing they had was a little fruit bar, scrambled eggs, bacon and pancakes, but I think it was just microwave. You might be better off ordering from the menu and just pay for what you eat or walk over to ihop and you will get your money more worth it.

Good Convention Experience
Pros:

PANKAJ was a representative who helped me book a Hilton Grand Vacation. He was very professional and informative.
We also enjoyed our stay in Anaheim as our room 7-139 was fabulous for space and quiet. Our housekeeping staff did an excellent job. Loved that the pool was heated! We were a little disappointed that the gym was not fully functional, but did appreciate the option of using the Sheraton's. We look forward to future stays.

Really enjoyed my stay here! Everyone was super helpful, and Lingling was especially sweet—she asked about my stay and even added some extra Hilton Honors points for me. The room and ambiance were amazing. Would definitely come back!

Cons:

Wait staff in poppies and nasty tasting burger. Ordered ice water and med well done burger, received room temp water and rosy pink burger that was tasteless, with wilted lettuce. Yuck!

Lost Item Issue
Pros:

I had a Great Time at this Hilton Property. I had a lost item issue and TIFFANY Assisted and RESCUED me from Disaster like you wouldn’t believe. She was Professional, Proactive and Top Notch in her Hospitality, and I must commend every step she took to help me out. Thank You Tiffany!

Hilton hotel by Anaheim convention center
Pros:

The Hilton in Anaheim is located 1 minute walk away from the convention center and 15 minute walk fro downtown Disney, which is a great value on itsown. The newly renovated lobby creates a relaxing atmosphere. Room is clean and great value for the price with minimal noise level. There are plenty of great staff ready to go over the amenities on the property. Overall, great service by the entire staff.

Great experience ever at the California HR conference
Pros:

The Hilton Hotel hosted the California Human Resources Conference, which was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was captivating, and the customer service was impeccable. Valet parking was an added bonus, and the room was spacious and well-appointed. The value for money was exceptional, and I would certainly consider booking a stay there again. The room was immaculately clean, and the hotel provided baggage hold services until the room was prepared.

Another Excellent Stay
Pros:

We’ve been coming as a family to the Hilton Anaheim for over 25 years, and have experienced wonderful hospitality on each of our stays.
The property has recently benefited from a massive refurbishment. The addition of the Hansen’s deli caters for early morning to late night snacks and drinks. The quality of which is superb.

Our rooms were immaculate and spotlessly clean. The new colour scheme of light grey and blue has given the rooms a bright and understated tone.

The breakfast buffet in Pappy’s restaurant is a good option to start the day. There is a good offering of continental and hot items. Not the widest choice I’ve seen on breakfast buffets but the quality is excellent. There’s always the full menu to choose from if the buffet is not for you.

The property is within a short walk to Disneyland, Downtown Disney, and the Anaheim resort restaurants. The location is ideal.

For both business and leisure stays I’d definitely recommend this hotel. We will be back for sure!
