Disney and Hilton is always a good choice!
Pros:

Staff was friendly, not so much at the Starbucks. Shuttle is an extra 6.50 per adult and picks up right in front of hotel. Super convenient! Disney characters were onsite which was an added treat. Would stay again.

Cons:

Parking seemed to be quite pricey. Starbucks is run by Hilton so you can’t preorder or Use your app.

Got bambuzzled by a Hilton employee trying to sell us a Hilton vacation and he wouldn’t take no for an answer which was a complete turn off. We may have said yes if he wasn’t so pushy!

how nice the hang out areas are. its very relaxing and welcoming. i also liked how clean it looked and how big the hotel was.

the food service closed early, for a nice hotel like that i did not expect the food service to be closed so early.

Great and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was great, although a little pricey--but worth it. I liked that you could have the food delivered to your door. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was a short walk to CVS, which is always helpful if you forget some toiletries or just want to stock up on snacks.

Cons:

Things are a little expensive, like the restaurant inside the hotel (but the food was great) and breakfast isn't included. Other than that, there wasn't much I didn't like.

Expected much more from Hilton and better service
Pros:

Room was clean , staff at guest service were eager to solve my complaints, food was okay bed was comfortable.

Cons:

All the Ice Machines on y floor were broken for 3 days staff at check in counter were unwilling to resolve issues quickly. Example I asked them for Ice and was told they had to confirm with management I could get some 3 hours later it was delivered to my room. My key card stopped working on the second day and had to get a new one. Cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb sign and came into the room to clean. TV remote was ify sometimes it would work sometimes it didnt even after it was changed.

Too big for us, too impersonal, fine hotel otherwise
Pros:

Close to disneyland, clean

Cons:

Staff disconnect, different members told me different things about parking policy / need to keep card. Very corporate atmosphere. Probably will not stay here again for family visits to disneyland, it has no ambience/soul for the experience of visiting the parks. Better for business travelers/conventions (only)
