The staff was kind and helpfull. The room was amazing
We had a wonderful stay in Copenhagen! The room was comfortable, the view of the city was beautiful, and the location was excellent for exploring Copenhagen. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection and very good quality. We would especially like to praise the restaurant and bar staff – everyone was extremely friendly, professional and helpful.
We would particularly like to mention Vita, who was exceptionally hardworking, professional, quick and efficient, while also being very friendly and attentive. She also gave us some very helpful tips about the city, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you to Vita and the entire team for the excellent service!
The property is very nice and fairly luxurious.
The hotel is renovating while being kept open. Twice we had builders actually outside our windows (we were on ninth floor) while we were dressing in the room.
One day we returned around 4:00 pm to our room discovered it hadn’t been cleaned. The concierge, answering to my query re this issue, rather than apologizing and stating he’ll take care of the matter, reprimanded me, stating the hotel had 300 rooms and they were in full capacity, so to just wait patiently.
That same afternoon, we tried to rest, but the loud drilling, outside our room, didn’t permit staying in it, and we were forced to escape and find refuge in the lobby.
We took a corner room, so the view was lovely. The room was spacious for its type, the bed was comfortable, and the location central.
The hotel is currently being renovated so the view was partly blocked by scaffolding. We would have been happy with another chair and a slightly larger table to sit for coffee and/or a snack.
Great choice of breakfast. Excellent location very close to Tivoli Gardens, Metro and bus stops. Hotel staff friendly and helpful - we chose the skyline rooms with great views of city.
Be aware that. Instruction work is taking place. Went for 4 days but noticed noise on one day at around 17.30 pm - ceased around 15 mins after drawing to to reception’s attention.
