Pros:

I'm currently staying at this hotel and it doesn't seem like a 5-star hotel at all. The breakfast is neglected. There's only one coffee machine, which creates queues just to get a simple coffee. There are too few staff members, making it difficult to order anything. A terrible experience.

Amazing location and views. It was 5 mins from the train station and the hop on and off bus stops right outside.It overl

Staff were awesome and we really appreciated being upgraded to a top floor so we had an amazing view of the New Years fireworks.
Staff were prompt to support when we had an issue with our bathroom and kindly moved us to a new room opposite do we could go this easily.
