Pros:

The location

Cons:

The room heating was not working. It took the staff two days to believe it was not! They tried to help afterwards, but it should not have taken that long and this should not be a problem in a 5* hotel.

Toilet roll holder fixed to the wall at knee height. Seems petty, but it annoyed me every time!

Dinner was really great and the restaurant staff was good during the dinner time.

Cons:

I requested an itemized hotel folio for my stay, but I have not received it to date. As a result, I am unable to share the receipt with the finance department. In addition, my reservation (157689480) was prepaid, yet I was asked to pay an additional 50 DKK at reception. I am still unclear why this charge was applied. I was informed that it would be refunded, but I have not received any confirmation so far. I have had many business stays at Radisson properties in various countries, and this situation has never occurred before.

Dejligt ophold, morgenmaden mega lækker!
Pros:

Der var flot og pænt. Dynerne var lækre og personalet rart

Cons:

Vores vinduer skulle seriøst pudses. Vi var oppe på 18etage og det var ikke så fedt at se ud af meget beskidte vinduer
