Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir haben vor Ort ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen.
Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sauber, die Aussicht war hervorragend.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Parken konnten wir direkt unter dem Hotel.

Unser Aufenthalt im Radisson Collection Royal Hotel, Copenhagen war wirklich hervorragend. Das Personal war erstklassig, die Lage ist top und auch das Hotel selbst hat uns in jeder Hinsicht überzeugt. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die einzigartige Suite mit wunderschönem Blick über Kopenhagen, die den Aufenthalt noch einmal besonders gemacht hat.

Cons:

Einen wirklichen Kritikpunkt gab es fast nicht. Das Wetter war mit Schneematsch und teilweise stark überfluteten Strassen zwar alles andere als ideal, dafür kann das Hotel natürlich überhaupt nichts. Lediglich die Feuchtigkeit im Zimmer liess sich nur schwer regulieren, was wir aber auch direkt an der Rezeption mitgeteilt haben.
