Assolutamente poco professionali. La camera panoramica con vista su due lati completamente finestrata per una coppia in viaggio di nozze ( era il mio regalo agli sposi!) doveva essere un effetto WOW e invece i ragazzi si sono visti ponteggi e gru davanti alle loro finestre con gli operai che andavano su e giù invadendo terribilmente la loro privacy. Rumori assordanti tipo martello pneumatico tutto il giorno per lavori di ristrutturazione proprio al piano superiore al loro alloggio. Nonostante un immediato reclamo l’hotel non ha contattato in alcun modo la coppia (né ha proposto di cambiare camera)che si è vista costretta a non stare mai in camera durante tutto il giorno.il disagio dei due giovani considerando soprattutto il momento romantico che doveva essere indimenticabile non può essere immaginabile. una situazione grottesca non certo degna di un 5 stelle.

Pros:

Location. It was very very good location.

Cons:

Bathroom was not so clean. The curtains had white stains on them—I wouldn't even want to think about what they actually were.

A faded gem
Pros:

Central location.

Breakfast was really nice and some of the staff were amazing. Lady from Spain in particular.

Cons:

Shower was ridiculously small with such a small screen that water went all over the floor and I nearly fell after slipping. I reported this and asked for 2 bath mats. I received that on the second might but had to dial down every night for extra other than the last night. If this situation is not resolved someone will have a serious accident.

Porridge was very slow in coming and eggs not always as asked for.
