Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr zentral, nur 3 Min. vom Hbf zu Fuß. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber und komfortable. Ich habe den Blick von Tivoli und Innenstadt von meinem Zimmer, welche ich sehr toll finde und war sehr begeistert davon.

Cons:

Die Sauna ist innerhalb eines Fitnesstudio und man muss durch Meeting Rooms im Hotel erst durchgehen, bevor man das Fitnesstudio beitreten kann. Dann muss man durch ganze Leute in Fitnesstudio gehen, um die Sauna zu finden. Weil ich gerne in Baderobe zur Sauna direkt gehe, finde ich diesen Weg unangenehm und daher habe ich die Sauna nur einmal besucht.

Pros:

Customer service was fantastic! Every single person we met from reception to concierge Kurt and to housekeeping, the bar and the breakfast team were exceptional and all went that extra mile! A great team.

Cons:

Small detail which was resolved but front facing rooms did have more noise but that was quickly altered with a room change.
