The powder coffee in room with the only other option is expensive coffee downstairs.
The by order only breakfast.
The room was clean but the elevators and halls were not.
Location and staff
The moldy shower, the terrible water pressure, the bugs in the bathroom sink, the suspicious white stain on the headboard.
This is our 2nd visit in two months. The hotel feels dirty. I think that is because of the decor. I would love to see what a steam cleaner would do to those rugs. We were in a regular queen as opposed to a corner this time. I like that there is a bar, restaurant in morning. But, the rooms are in need of reno.
Bathroom: mirror falling off wall. All the switches and trim need to be wiped down or painted.
The beds need to either be flipped every few months or replaced. I had to place a pillow behind my back so I would roll off the bed. It was clearly sloped.
The a/c bugs me because you can't keep the fan running. It clicks on and off. And eiven though we set it to 62. Believe me it did not feel like it was 62. It was warm.
Our floor doesn't have an ice machine. They removed it completely and now there is a nice hole in the floor.
It makes me ill to see what the prices for parents weekend are for this hotel in September. I have stayed at a Ritz for less!
The letters on outside of building also need bulbs replaced.
All in all I think it's a cash cow for the chain and they don't see the value in keeping it kept up.
Great find came for destination wedding absolutely fun . Attentive friendly
Great coffee and breakfast
Matthew our valet attendant was specially sweet always smiling friendly and assisted with luggage out of initiative
Amazing
Saturdays a farmers market is a block away and Onyx coffee is 600 ft from hotel

Wonderful, friendly, welcoming and diverse staff at the front desk; they were absolutely fantastic. Large room, cleverly decorated. Good wifi. Unique building.
The bathroom faucet is a little tricky, it splashed water on me every time if I didn't turn it on slowly and carefully. The toilet seat was loose, needs adjustment or replacement.
The location was excellent, and the lobby was very cool and welcoming. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
We were on a very long road trip and we stayed in multiple places, including a few houses and condos with multiple bedrooms and yet this was still the most expensive place. We stayed. It was very small and the carpet seemed dirty and the icemaker broke.
Such a cute vibe. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Loved our stay.
There was hair in the bathroom that didn’t belong to my family.
The lobby was nice.
Parking is a huge issue. What makes it even worse is that you have to pay for parking even after paying for a room. Hotels should not charge for parking. If I had known that I would have to pay for parking I would have stayed elsewhere. I will not be back to the Graduate as long as they continue to charge for parking.
Decor; staff; location
Lighting in the bathroom; Bathroom in the room was less on par with the rest of the hotel
Dusty vent in bath tub wall and dust bunny on floor. Cute. The front desk person, Stacy was super friendly and accommodating. Memorabilia was a blast to the past.
Super nice hôtel. Very good staff, particularly Stacy who helped us with many issues.
We highly recommend this hotel, especially for it’s staff and its service.
